Inspiration for this aromatic-woody fragrance is Canada and Canadian nature as the twins Dean and Dan Caten originate from this wonderful country. In their first fragrance they celebrate wood as an element and a component and they included it in both composition and the bottle design.
It is aimed at a modern man who longs for nature and natural tones and strives towards the freedom of spirit.
The fragrance opens with flowers and leafs of violet accompanied with water accords. The heart wafts with woodsy notes of vetiver and cedar, while the base brings notes of white fir, amber and sensual musk. It was designed by Daphne Bugey of Firmenich.
He Wood is captured in a bottle of gorgeous modern design: it is straight lined square glass bottle framed with natural wood.
The fragrance comes as 30ml (1 oz.fl.), 50ml (1.7 oz.fl.) and 100ml (3.4 oz.fl.) EDT and is accompanied with matching after shave balsam. The 30ml (1 oz.fl.) bottle slightly differs from the bigger ones. (See the photo on the right)
He Wood is a new fragrance and it was introduced in 2007.
