Deborah, in autumn of 2007, launches four new perfumes and scented lines Be Gourmand. The collection is inspired by colors and smells of the traditional Parisian "patisseries". One of these delicious scents comes in a form of the Sweet Mandy perfume. Sweet Mandy brings a mix of fresh plum, bergamot and coconut, almond and chocolate milk, with floral touch of jasmine, star anise and berries. The base is composed of unavoidable powdery vanilla, musk and coconut. Be Gourmand line, besides the 30 ml EDT fragrance, also contains pearly body milk, two-faze shower gel, roll – on body gel and bath in the same scented rhythm.

Darling Starling

I like this, but it's so similar to so many of today's gourmand fragrances. I do smell the coconut, but not in the way that I like to smell it. I enjoy a fresh and real coconut. This coconut is more like coconut flavored rum, very sweet and a bit cloying. I don't feel that the bergamot belongs here, it adds a bitterness that makes this fragrance less wearable. I like the mix of star anise and vanilla, but the addition of musk makes this less tasty and more earthy. I don't love this because it is trying to be pink sugar without really hitting the mark of a tasty gourmand.
