Chocolate Covered Cherries Demeter Fragrance for women

Well well, I was realy looking forward to this fragrance!! I have never been so dissapointed with a scent before?? LOL, ITS VILE VILE VILE, HOW ANYONE COULD WALK AROUND SMELLING LIKE THIS IS BEYOND ME!! It made me feel nauseated the first time I sprayed it, infact it made me feel like spewing allday, gave me a migrane an all!! my husband said it smelt all burnt?, anyway that will teach me for not trying before buying! a waste of 20quiders :(, seriously this honestly smelt like soapy/sour/out of date cherries, and a vile type of choclate, even when it settled on the skin it smelt like vomit :( I dont think im going to buy anymore of these brands, they smell so cheap to, and yet quite pricey!! I feel sick even writing this review, yuk yuk yuk!!!!

Ferrero sells in Europe one cherry praline called “Mon Chéri”, that smells exactly like this fragrance. It does not smell like a perfume. On the air and in towels it smells nice, like dark bitter chocolate with liquor. But on my skin I can practically only notice the cognac. It starts weird, not good quality cognac, rather something old and cheap but it becomes better after a while. Only in the drydown I can smell the chocolate. And for my surprise this is not sweet at all. I would not recommend it for gourmand fans. That was a blind purchase because of the notes, but I definitely would not buy it if I knew it before…

This is the only scent I've used until the bottle was near empty and still couldn't decide if I liked it or not. I think it was more of me really wanting to like it, just because it tickled me to think I could smell like a box of chocolate covered cherries. It had this burnt cocoa smell that put me off and though I would sometimes get comments when I wore it they were neither flattering or unflattering. People would just sniff, look around confused and say things like "Is that chocolate? what is that smell?" OK - so I guess the comments I received were leaning towards unflattering end.
I used it as a closet spray towards the end to perfume my jackets but in the end I tossed this bottle while doing a spring cleaning. After months of wearing it off and on and I still can't decide if I like it, it's safe to say I can toss it.

well I bought this and I have to say that I am very disappointed! I love the smell of chocolate very much, as do I love the smell of cognac or any liquors in a perfume. There is a distinct dirt smell to me in this?????? i know weird right? and the middle notes of the cherries I smell sourness, wich I hate:( but thats what i get at first, it then does dry down to a very chocolate smell witch does last ALL day long, it does have good staying power, got say that! I don't even really smell the cognac because this fragrance is not sweet at all, and I wear Queen by Queen Latifah, and that is a frag that you can smell the cognac sweetness. Over all Im sad i was so disappointed by this, because it sounded so good. Good thing I have a 9 yr old niece to give it to!

Surprisingly delicious semi-sweet Chocolate with a hint of cherry-liquor,this is the most delicious chocolate smell I've ever smelled (and I'm not a beginner :-))! Its staying power is so good.

hmmm...it's a pity I can't find it here to buy... :(
