I have even tried this for seasickness (I'll try anything!) Together with Blackmore's Ginger tablets and acupressure bands I didn't get sick on a VERY rough trip - whether it was one or all, don't know. Ginger has a very warm and comforting smell. One of Demeter's great perfumes.
