This fragrance was released in 2007 as an aromatic "fougere" fragrance by perfumers Annick Menardo and Jacques Cavallier. Joyful notes of anise and sparkling grapefruit are in the top. The heart is made of sensual raspberry and lavender; and heliotrope and woody notes are in the base. It is available as 30 ml, 50 ml and 75 ml EDT. I got a chance to test this today, I can still smell it on my wrist. It is wonderful! It's everything I thought a Jacques Cavallier fragrance would be. It's bold and rich, not too sweet. It seems to be lasting for a long time, I tested some Boss cologne on my other hand and it is already fading away. Regis Philbin even said he likes this one, "What's not to like?". I will definately buy it.
In my collection the competition for Fuel for Life would be L'eau d'Dissey Intense, I don't know which one I'd use more. They are different scents, but to me they have some similarities in the 'type' of fragrance they are. I think it would join in as a new favorite.

ooh this one is sooo great!!! I don't like the female version that much, I would rather purchase this one and use it myself! I think it can be used by women...

Why cant they do a unlimited like for the women because there is an ingredient in this fragrance that i like but not enough for me to buy it so that is why i want an unlimited

It's easy to sniff. It's easy to use. But it's uneasy to get any worthy attention. Diesel knows how to make too many average scents.

Great everyday scent. Starts off with a strong anise note, but quickly mellows to a warm musk with a hint of orange blossom.
