Midnight Poison Extrait de Parfum is a more concentrated and more intensive version of the Dior fragrance Midnight Poison from 2007. This sensual and extreme version of the already intense composition features rare rose absolute, tonka, vanilla and labdanum. Each bottle is unique, decorated with spiral lines that are reminiscent of a couture gown. It is available as perfume extract in bottles of 7.5 ml. Midnight Poison Extrait de Parfum was created by Jacques Cavallier, Olivier Cresp and Francois Demachy.

Extrait, exactly...
Denser than the original one which is a bit "watery", juicy; this one is stiff, sweet like marmalade, but at the same time, juvenile, girly, devoid of the patchouli note witch would give it more serious effect.

Dreamy, enjoyable, but not as alluring and poisonous as the Midnight Poison is...

Average lasting power, or even I dare to say- poor, regarding the fact this is extract! 4-5h maximum.

well henri345que i just got the 1oz of it,but the price was not quite the same...cheaper than buying 4x7,5ml but not so cheap as 7,5ml!great extrait,stays long on me.if all poisons would smell like this...

Interesting that they didn`t list the patchouli note on the extrait version, because it`s the dominant note on this one. While in Hypnotic Poison Extrait what is reinforeced is the floral aspects, in Midnight the woody-sweet aroma of patchouli is put more in evidence than before. The extrait seems to go even more on the dark aroma which the original suggests, making the rose more darker, with a woody liqueur aroma, using the vanilla as a sweet rounder for the patchouli and rose duet. This could be easily classified as a modern chypre, and as with many fragrances of this new family, it`s perfectably shareable, even more than the original one. I give the same advise here that i gave on hypnotic poison extrait, if you don`t mind not having the fancy box, search for the 30ml tester spray of this. It costs quite the same, but you receive much more juice.
