DKNY Men Summer 2011 is inspired by summer life in the City. New York is totally different in summer; it is painted in bright colors beneath the clear blue skies. The atmosphere is relaxed: people ride bicycles in Central Park, walk near the Hudson River or take a boat to the Statue of Liberty. They wear light and sheer clothes and enjoy their afternoon drinks at city cafes..

DKNY Men Summer 2011 includes the energy of a summer New York his fresh and woody notes. Top notes are lime, white pepper and ginger. The heart is composed of pomegranate, oolong tea, geranium and carrot juice. The base is made of vetiver, oakmoss, orris root, and ambergris.

This limited edition bottle comes in a signature skyscraper design. Its transparent glass is decorated with stripes containing soft blue colored liquid of the perfume. Available as 100 ml Eau de Toilette.

I really like this scent... It just needs longevity and to project.

This edition starts out very fresh and peppery. The spiciness here is very cooling, not hot. I also get something kinda cedary too but it doesn't stick around very long before the scent begins to smell fruity and kinda creamy sweet. I can't really explain the carrot note here, but it gives me the impression of Un Jardin Sur Le Nil by Hermes. The rest is just light and sweet, possibly could be unisex. My bottle is labeled as Eau de Cologne, but i think it lasts just as good as Eau de Toilette. A good find at my local shopping mall.
