DKNY Women Summer Donna Karan for women

DKNY Summer is a wonderful Summery and fresh fragrance.

This scent isn't as sharp and strong as the original, in fact this fragrance is quite sweet which was something that DKNY lacked.

From the first sniff I detected a mandarin orange note which is juicy and girly. Wearing this fragrance is as refreshing as sipping a citrus-based beverage on a swelteringly hot day.

The scent is mostly sweetened fruits and hints of boozy vodka which really smells wonderful even if the description doesn't. I find DKNY Summer to be very uplifting and unique.

The lasting strength is not bad, about 4-5 hours at the most. The drydown is nice but not a favourite of mine unfortunately. The base notes just smelt strange on my skin, like polyester doll hair. However the drydown may smell entirely different on somebody else so definitely give this fragrance a try.

i like the perfume, but i dont love it. i hopes for it to be similar fruity and a replacement to my escada island kiss, but dkny summer has a very strong citrus note to it, wich i like but do not love. also its a perfume that lasts about 6 hours at the highest, not very long but reasonable all in all i will use it, but i dont think it will become my holy grale perfume !

It reminded me of Avon Island Vibe very much. The same extremely fruity scent only there is a very large amount of mango- if you like mango you should try this out. I feel only peony and mango so far, but at first there was grapefruit too. Staying power for this one is average- counting that this is edt and fruity summer scent it lasts already 4 hours. The bottle is tall and slim in pink color- nice one, but pretty large- 3.4 oz is too much. In my opinion this isn't something unique and I would become very bored of it soon. Overall it's nice, safe, summery and likely aimed at young audition.
