Fragrance duo U by Ungaro for Him and for Her are created in 2008 as a result of collaboration between two big houses, Avon and Emanuel Ungaro.
U by Ungaro for Her is a modern floral fragrance which features notes of bergamot blossom, freesia and pepper blossom in the top, acacia, living lotus flower, and osmanthus in the heart, and orris, sandalwood and musk in the base.
This fragrance was created by Jean Marc Chaillan and Loc Dong. The face of U by Ungaro for Her will be the Oscar winning actress Reese Witherspoon, the ambassador and global face for Avon.
The fragrance is available since August 2008.

I'm just one of those challenged beings who cannot distinguish many top, middle or base notes. I just love fragrance and fragrance to me is, "smells good on me," or "Never mind." U by Ungaro falls into the "smells really good," thank goodness, because I found a full bottle at a yardsale table sans box and cap for $2! I smell the florals and then mild sandalwood. Not bad for spring and summer.

The wood notes come out the strongest for me. After that it is the fresh part... This will be a great spring frag for me. I like the "pink pepper" and the fact that it is different then most others.

U de Ungaro para Ella es un aroma amaderado fresco y floral en el que se destacan toques sensuales intensos de variedades de menta o hierbabuena, fresia y pimienta. La nota base que se evapora lentamente y no se percibe sino hasta que el perfume se haya secado es una mezcla de lirio y madera de sándalo. Muy linda la fragancia, aunque debo decir dos cositas para aclarar: 1- no dura demasiado el perfume
2- no es un aroma original
