Escada pour Homme (for men)
Designer: Escada Olfactive Group: OrientalPowerful perfume for charismatic men. Oriental notes make Escade pour Homme a perfect perfume for stressing manhood and sensuality. It was introduced in 1993, and in the top notes it brings the flavor of brandy, bergamot, Jamaica pepper, orange, lavender and bright fresh Sicily lemon. The heart has powerful and spicy notes, warmed with pepper floral scent of carnation, cinnamon, along with geranium, cardamom, nutmeg, bay and juniper. The tones of warm and soft vanilla, sandal, patchouli, bean Tonka and sensual musk are added to it. Together they make the base of this manly oriental Escada perfume. Escada pour Homme was launched in 1993.

Elegant, delicate, balanced and refined:
The opening is beautiful—an accord of aldehydes, citrus, greens, and a warm, rich cognac note—and floating in and out of all these notes is a wispy smoky-incense note that works with the aldehydes to keep the Escada Pour Homme in the stratosphere.
The movement to the middle notes is luxuriously smooth and reveals the cinnamon, carnation, and juniper heart—wonderfully balanced and also touched by wisps of smoky-incense with a rich black pepper sealing its perfection. The base at first is more typical of an 80’s fragrance—its sandalwood, patchouli, musk, vanilla form the base, but there are an excellent incense and amber completing the depth of the dry down.
The notes stand out brilliantly with full richness and clear definition, and I quickly fell in love with Escada PH. On my skin this seems to be one of those fragrances that require a heavier application in order to present themselves in their best manner.
This is a superior classic fragrance and its understatement and discretion (reticence) make it more acceptable to modern tastes than many of the other classics.
8.5 / 10 if you like orientals: buy !
This scent takes double sprays to get the best out of it. You can't overapplie, so endulge yourself in the morning with this lovely scent !
Longevity is not great, you'll have to spray again after lunch. But than you'll enjoy again the opening blast of escada.....and again in the afternoon...
it does empty the bottle fast, but who cares if you smell like this

I bought it for myself. It doesn't really smell all that "masculine".
