Escentric 01 Escentric Molecules for women and men

First it's like zizan Ormonde Jayne. It lasts one hour. Then i took a nap and when i waked up, MY ROOM SMELLED TO SUPER ISO E!!!

AND IT IS FANTASTIC!!

My husband's signature. It is fresh and everlasting, very noticeable.Actually, it's such a crowd pleaser, everybody seems to love it, and people keep asking him about his scent.

I love the smell of 'limes' in this, (which I don't think is listed in the notes) I just wish that this phase would last longer but it doesn't and also, the peppery phase lasts WAY too long. Otherwise, not bad - but not as good as Molecule 01 IMO.
p.s. Easily worn by both women and men.
edit. Hmm, I could be wrong about this one. I think I will test it again when the weather warms up because I'm thinking that maybe this one is better suited to Summer and comes into its own then. It reminds me a bit of Light Blue - only more interesting.

This is my favourite scent ever! I am yet to buy a flacon because I can't justify the $250 price tag... I want it so bad though, one day I'll cave in, but in the mean time I shall spray the tester everytime I see it! ^_^

This perfume acts in a strange way , how said others you have to try it yourself to know how works on your skin. On me this is nothing , i smell alcohol and maybe whit imagination a woody note ... . I do not smell anything perfume , any flower ... But on paper the duration is amazing and wonderfull smell , with clear hints of lemon and iris , fresh , light , On a base notes of something woody and i suposse the ISO E super (that i do not know how smell) all very well combined . Natural , really great for me .

If it smell on my skin it would be great :(.......

Upon first whiff I immediately thought this scent was amazing. This is a happy scent. Pleasurable and uplifting and even a bit comforting but not in a warm soft-cashmere way...more in an active and on task day and cloudless sky afternoon way. Put this on and get things done. It's got a positive vibe to it. Opening of lemon and a musky pink pepper and something dry (woods?) that I can't place. I find the scent strong and not at all watery.

This fragrance is out of the ordinary like nothing I had smelled before:)

I love this perfume ,very vivid and makes me feel alive.I dont know why but i feel very fresh and special when i use it..Cool nitsche perfume but not classy.

I got absolutely no smell from this except perhaps a faint trace of ethanol, and neither did anyone else. Try before you buy.

Escentric 01 is much better than Molecule 01 and at least I don't feel like Geza Schoen is pulling my leg with a single molecule of Iso E Super. E01 opens with a great combination of pepper and woods notes joined by a sparkling lemon. Unique and somehow familiar at the same time, then the Iso E Super starts to play his role evolving the scent into an intoxicating woody-incensey accord that stays linear for hours. IMO this is the real essence of this fragrance. I immagine E01 as an undressed minimal version of the vintage Fahrenheit or, if you prefer, as a warmer Odeur 71 with Lemon instead of mint.

This is not a groundbreaking or revolutionary release and, as I said for Molecule 01, no "magic" or pheromonic effects here, but if you try to forget about all the hype behind this line of fragrances you will discover an incredibly delightful and modern scent that has a great projection and an amazing lasting power. In continental europe this is sold cheaper than in the US.

Try it first before you buy this fragrance. Don't do it only because it's niche perfume. May be I'm not so sensitive, but for me it smells like pure water.

I always wear this to places where I need that extra oomph.Job interviews...visits to the art gallery, etc. It works!! People with whom you come into contact are more pleasant, I feel.

Truth is, people like that one a lot.It kind of gives you the impression of a very human smell, the one everyone loves to smell on others. It feels, you just got out of your bed and you have that warm, sweet, musky and a tad woody "sleep smell". I like the fact that it works like an anti-perfume, minimal, quite silent and close to the skin. It's not ground breaking, not a masterpiece, but it has that thing: when someone wears it, you just want to get close.
And it works perfect along with other perfumes. Best combo, the Carnation from the red series by Comme des Garcons and a layer of that one. Brilliant!

Wonderful scent that is enchanting and magical. This is as close to a pheramone spray as you can get. I know this range has its haters within the fragrance community but this does something to women that no other fragrance does. I even had a female police officer stop and ask me which fragrance i was wearing. I also buy Iso E Super online and mix it with mugler cologne which does a similar job of creating the unique effect that Escentric molecules does.10/10.

Wood polish with lots of vodka at the opening. I can feel some bitter woods and the lemon, which resembles oh so many chemicals used for cleaning. Somehow I don't find it too bad, it's rather nice - it smells very clean, soapy and I think mostly suited for male's, but that's just me. It has some very nice quality at the heart, can't actually say what is it, but it reminds me of my boyfriend, just out from shower, it very much resembles how he's skin smells, when it's completely clean.
This perfume is very delicate, it has almost no sillage and I think it could be worn to office as I find out very unoffensive.

Anyway - WardrobeMistress - I can see why people complimented you on smelling good - it actually smells so clean, innocent and fresh that I'd love to sniff it everyday in public transport instead of all those people who somehow think that it's ok to bath themselves in some power fragrances and then go on to full public transport and make everyone gag. Well, I said it.

Very lovely. After testing Molecule 01 I thought I won't have the courage to test something else from Escentric Molecules.

This, on the other hand is hard no to like, as I said - clean and fresh skin is what it smells like. Do test if you're trying to find something non-offensive for summer.

Ooh I just love this fragrance. It's like a combination of D&G Blue and a subtle Diptyque Tam Dao. Fresh but unique and not so aquatic like other generic fresh scents out there. It's nothing like those heavy niche scents like Serge Lutens etc etc, yet it's not generic either. It lasts long untill late evening and I get a many compliments whenever I where this. Impressive.

This is my signature fragrance. It lasts well, I don't notice it as much anymore, but other people do. It's not too "perfumy" it's more of a background scent that becomes you, which is exactly what I want in fragrance. Plus I love how my clothes smell after wearing it - totally and surprisingly different than you'd think! I love it!

The lovely lady in Harvey Nicks said I probably wouldnt be able to smell this on myself, but Oh! Ican! And it's soft, musky, a smattering of woodsy, tang of kinky patchouli - it smells...like a very old Voodoo Love potion I once tried on many years ago. I wore this on the train coming home and yes, I was getting a lot of strange and curious looks, like I had grown an extra head or sprouted gigantic dragonfly wings...my little son cant stop sniffing me, Its not perfume as such, its a soft, clean, dip in a waterfall in the woods scent, sleeping in fresh clean sheets...daughter confirms this by walking in as I type, saying "you can smell that a mile off you know....its nice". Nuff said.

Oh my! I do see why this draws amounts of compliments! Escentric smells way more interesting and alluring than I ever imagined. I get effervescent zesty lemon in the beginning, but it soon fades into musky heaven. A fresh, delicate combination which seems to linger in the air. This scent gives off just enough energy to make people interested in it.

This is very strange !

It really is barely perceptible on me. It's true that the alcohol is quite overwhelming at first, but it soon fades.

Initially all I can smell is a top note of lemon zest. Then enter cedarwood shavings with something a little musky in there too. There is something soapy about this, it's like expensive gentlemens soap from an old fashioned barbers.

To my nose it's so subtle that I end up spraying A LOT of this on, and then worrying that it's only me who can't smell it and everyone else around me is suffering from over-kill.

The most extraordinary about this and the reason that I own it is the effect this has on other people. Never have so many people complemented me. Friends, strangers, lovers and family all seem to think I smell amazing. 'Fresh and Beautiful' are the most commonly used adjectives. Note that they all say 'I' smell beautiful, not 'what a beautiful perfume'

Although it's extremeley discreet it is also long lasting.

It supposedly works very well on many people, but I'm honestly surprised. It is rather awful on me. It smells powerfully like rubbing alcohol and cedar on first application, and smells like....rubbing alcohol and cedar much later. Linear, one reviewer said. Yup. Awful, another said. Roger that. I can't even review it properly because those two notes are all I get. There might be a coconut hint way down under, but there's rubbing alcohol and cedar over it so strongly that it is lost in the sharp, medicinal stank of it. Argh argh argh. Try it first.
