Cantabelle Galimard for women

Well, "Cantabelle" is a jewel! It is a "sweet and sour" glamorous perfume for the woman who looks and feels younger. This perfume "has a breath" and even if that sounds oxymoron for a perfume, it really makes its name justice. "Cantabelle", I love you!

Oh my gosh, this is a GORGEOUS, very sexy scent! I received free samples from the kind people at Galimard USA after sending them an email asking where I could get samples in the US. This is the first one I'm trying.

The beginning is a juicy blend of fruits- I love the sweet plum and black currant (one of my favorite notes), balanced by tart cranberry and bergamot. The lily of the valley develops but it's hidden and soft- blending very well with the rest of the notes and never steals the show away from the fruits. It adds a pretty sophistication to this perfume. The vanilla, amber, and musk deepen the fragrance to make it sensual and warm enough for fall but the perfume is still so fresh that it can be worn in the summer, too.

Cantabelle is all glamour- I LOVE it and I can already tell it's going to be one of my new favorites! I will definitely be buying a full-sized bottle :)

UPDATE: My boyfriend loved this one (probably because of the vanilla) and said that he liked that it was "sweet but not too sweet". This is a lovely fruity-vanilla perfume!

Little addition for my winter time review... now when we are having 31 celsius here at Finland... vanilla comes more seen with warm sunny skin. Definitely should try at summer time too; tempting, comforting, alluring, more sexy at summer skin than at winter. This never stop amaze me how same scent can be so different faced at different weather.. Love this Scent.

This seems to work on my skin huge well in our minus 25 celcius winter days. Keeping warm and comforting. Sweet enough, not too vanilla-kind.
