I like original Genny much more, because I'm not very fond of aldehydes. In the beginning it is a bit too soapy and then a bit too powdery for me, but the flowers and fruit here are subtle and fresh. Long lasting, subtly changing all the time, it reminds me a gentle smile shining on a face of a little girl, really great fragrance for daytime use.

Agree totally Miss Delicious!! It is just as unique as the original, but indeed a very different kind!! They are just both fantastic!! Do you have experience with the other Genny's as well? I have been curious about those others as well!!

Genny Shine was very rare and is now a hard-to-find one. Really delicious and good enough to drink ;)) A little similar to Tresor by Lancome but more complex and with much more depth. Very delicous-fruity (peach/apricot)and one of the early innovative fruit-fragrances (1992!!!). Now we smell "fruit-salad-fragrances everywhere" :(( Many of them are only so-so.
