The magic of the Capri Island arrives in April 2008 with the new edition by Gianfranco Ferre. This year's inspiration for the creators was the mystery of this island, its passionate scents and natural beauty.
The myth about irresistible Mermaids' song makes this very masculine fragrance even more mysterious. Acqua Azzurra for Men is empowered by azure wafts of aquatic accords, mirrored on the bottle and outer box as well.
Acqua Azzurra for Men is introduced as powerful, fresh and intense. It seduces with notes of bergamot wrapped in aromatic aroma of lavender blended with orange blossom bouquet. The heart brings violet leaf, elegant notes of white rose and a touch of ginger. The base introduces sea notes, Guaiac wood and patchouli which create Mediterranean character of this fragrance.
The bottle is elegant, simple-lined, glass made, and makes an ideal match to the luminous notes of Capri captured in it. It is azure colored, with blue and metal colored top. The outer box is bluish-grey what enhances the impression of sky, sea and sea notes.
The fragrant sea elixir Acqua Azzurra comes as 100ml (3.4 fl.oz.) EDT, with matching shower gel and deodorant.

Blind-bought it today along with shower gel. Notes seemed enjoyable to me and I seem to love acquatic smells so I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be a bad deal. :)
Aquatic,watery and sporty sea scent. As I predict, perhaps it would last longer in a dry, cold weather. As for tropical use, this kind of frag would give a fresh blast then fades away quickly and faster it goes when sweating.
But anyway, it's a nice scent to have, casual use anytime of the day.
We've smelled this before, in a much better variation and by a different brand. I can't really describe the way Acqua Azzurra smells, because it is very non-descript.

I love Blue Musk and Ferre For Men and Rose Princesse if you compare ACQUA AZZURRA with these Colognes probably you find A considerable different as This is definitely less Aromatic and Interesting.
The notes are disharmonic.Nice opening with green smell bergamot,The Middle notes is Soft but the base is regrettable because i find it poor.Yes not last long Like more watery colognes. It remindes me of a Light Spring day.
For me is A ordinary Example of Aromatic Aquatic category because i prefer more noticeable colognes but is ideal for who like smelling like water or they are looking for a average cologne in HOT weather.

Tested on a store today and after first spray immediately wake up my senses. It is very aquatic, clean smell just like nautica voyage. I have to own one of these though doesn't last especially on a humid tropical country like mine. Could always spray more if needed, just wish it would last longer. Score 7.5/10
very nice parfume,clean and cool.it,s the epitome of the mediterranean man.
My bf used to wear this, it really drives me crazy... I'm still proud of me having suggested him buy this perfume !
Oh and I should add that it lasted on him really long.
Besides, to me it was a perfume of great character
it's very nice for summer hot days but unfortunatly almost no stayin power on me (read: dry skin) ;/
