I am a fan of Woody Floral Musk fragrances.
I love the scent and the only reason i bought this is for the bottle.
The appearance have to be elegant to wear this scent.
Only for romantic and special occasions.

I agree with nattonline: Ferre for Men is quite romantic scent.

very woody and that's why I like it!it's better than GF ferre and someof other Ferre's perfumes I've smelt so far.
vetiver is almost there even from the first second which makes it more suitable for mature men.smokey,woody,warm,mysterious with a hint of sweet notes that makes it even better.fortunately nothing spicy,rough,overwhelming exist here.
the bad point about it,is that the sillage is poor and long lasting power is less than average.

Nice blast of mild aromatics and blossoms makes it totally comfort and a little bit unisex in early minutes: waxy and resinous in a velvety manner. Girls who like a manly boys, may not like it too much. But nice thing to try; in a word: luxurious in simple bottle.
Just like most of Ferre items and definitely a Ferre perfume; royal and rich but not so manly and strong, more elegant and unisex.

This one fools the wearer: the initial top notes makes one think this is a clone of Dior Homme, due to the presence of strong iris and leather notes in the top note, calling for a "Skin scent" description. At this point the wearer, in a hurry, assumes that Ferre's longevity is extremely limited. Add to this sweet accords in such a fashion it might as well be a feminine scent.

But after thirty minutes it blooms with a distinctive accord lead by the vetiver, and here is where it changes its character radically. Be aware that this does not mean that it will loose its formality, for this is the right option for restrained contexts.

I never experienced such a turn in the way I judged scents. Interesting.

Lipstick! It's all I get form this composition. It opens with a sweet fruity / floral accord that stays linear for quite a while then, suddendly, a waxy note come in turning this fragrance into "lipstick". Sweet and mossy drydown.

A sweet and languid perfume. Not my type.

Scent that grab attention so many Ladies as is Irresistible for them. Romantic,Warm,Sweet,Interesting, Unisex,Seductive but not Special.

A blend of Bergamot,Pineapple and Lavender for a Fresh and Great opening. A Romantic Heart Sheer from Flowers that Makes you Elegant Feel However is Little Feminine.A Woody and Soft base with patchouli, Amber,Musk and Vetiver. Vanilla makes it Sweet but not overly sweet and not Cloying.

FERRE For Men is both Youthful and Mature Simultaneously.More Appropriate for Night time wear.when you wear it people will think you are a Romantic. Suitable for a Romantic Dinner or Wedding in AUTUMN.

Sillage?Pleasant.

Longevity?Average on my skin.

Ferre for Men is quite romantic scent; perfectly fit its olfactive group. It's soft and smooth without being powdery. Floral and fruity notes blend together to create slightly sweet and dreamy scent. I get a bit of the similarity from Moschino Uomo? and maybe YSL L'Homme too, but Ferre for Men is smoother and more subtle but it can get waxy. I can see myself wearing this very often but it's too bad I only have the 1oz bottle.

This had me all messed up. In the beginning, it almost seemed too sweet... so then for that reason, I tried convincing myself not to like it. In seconds, it started to change and by "change" I mean "uplift." Blooming flowers and fruit-saturated woods touched and toned by warm vanilla. During this transition I found myself looking for every reason to love it. This is not a summer scent, and its not a winter scent because romance isn't seasonal... although it lives at night. All of the notes here nicely weave into one another. Romance and affection, bottled up all elegant.

this fragrance is sweet and very seductive in my opinion , its very very nice and great for winter time , especially nightime :)

I did not like the frag at first. But using it several times I really love it. Its heart consists of the black iris and displays a warm character. It is suited for evening wear.

romantic, romantic and again romantic! Lovely and suitable for intimate moments with your alter ego! Love the opening of this this perfume, but it doesent last over 2,5 hours maximum... :-(

oriental, black tea & flowery & leathery/tobacco, intense, masculine, very similar to Bvlgari-Black (unisex) and a little like Allure,but more spicy and intense rank: 8/10

Female version is swell.This is equally well made fragrance.
