Mania is fresh and light, but intoxicating at the same time. Fresh scent, reminiscent of forest, harmonizes with oriental spices; saffron, incense, and musk. Sensual, intimate note is composed of bergamot, orange blossom, nutmeg, clove, woody note and iris. Vanilla trail lightens the intensity of incense. Mania was launched in 2000. The nose behind this fragrance is Jacques Cavallier.

I think this "Mania" EdP and "Armani Mania" (launched in 2004) are two different perfumes. This one is Oriental Spicy and the Armani Mania (2004) is Floral Woody Musk. I have the 2004 version and it is quite long-lasting and has vivid floral and pink pepper notes mixed with cedar, sandalwood and amber which makes it quite warm and welcoming.

I can definitely smell the nutmeg note. This one is a mellow and also alluring oriental. It'll be in my wardrobe 4ever.

This perfume is A-W-E-S-O-M-E smells so modern, oriental, minimal, strong. I don't know whats the difference between this one and Armani Mania with the beige/peach/white bottle, but this one awesome.
