Envy Me Gucci for women

This smells like Escada Jardin de Soliel

This is again one of my transition perfumes... if we were to chart it... i went from blues to light pinks to dark pinks to purples and now black toned bottles... more or less! =)

That being said...this was in my light pink era where i was moving away from my beloved Light Blue by D&G and craving some pink...but not bubble gum or cotton candy pink...more like pink lemonade. And this fit the bill to a T.

It really is a citrusy fresh perfume that has a sweet woody warm quality to it. It's very similar to Versace's Bright Crystal but with a bit more oomph!

very fresh and green, not for me but a younger person may enjoy the green and white tea notes. Mine was an unsolicited sample, strange because it came with femme rochas and mauboussin, opposite end of the 'fume spectrum.

I have been wanting it for a long time I wasn't dissapointed when I got it it's amazing how can the Gucci group produce such special scents it's mainly fruity but very outstanding and unique unlike any other widely used fruity perfume I smell mainly the litchi and pomergrante with musk as a base the litchi gives the a feeling af a chocolate hint though it doesn't exist I really like it it's happy and sexy at the same time good job Gucci :)

This smells like a green tea undertone to me. It smells like this desert... But otherwise, it's best on a hot night.

i think this is quite familar with Chloe au the parfum that pure fresh and girly but this is more casual and not too sharp

anyway its not my cup of tea

Headache in a bottle for me!!! There was nothing to Envy about this perfume...it smelled like a sink of Joy dishsoap on me. Thank goodness it was a gift. Very disasppointed.

Gucci Envy me = U by Ungaro Avon

Rose, rose and more rose, lifted by litchi but yes still predominantly a rose scent on my skin, from first spray (two hours ago) til now. Light, pretty, fruity, rosy.

This is a very sexy perfume that takes away to a tropical paradice sipping on a litchi martini!! Itz so sweet and elegant. The perfect delicious fragrance for spring and summer <3

first time i like it then when i bought it it was so bad and all i notice is Rose from the beginning to end! nothing else!!

Rose from the beginning to end... the usual rose... the one we find in every fragrance for woman...mixed with spices (pepper?) at the beginning, and transformed into something less sharp by fruit after a bit. It doesn't change, and it doesn't even release those woodsy notes I have been expecting until it faded.. Yawn.

I love this perfume, simply love it! This is one of my favorite spring/summer fragrances. This is girly, fresh, pretty, pink and fruity with an amazing, sexy peony note! So gorgeous! Yes, it resembles to Versace BC and Burberry Brit Sheer but this one is a lot more complex and sophisticated! I find it very young and flirty, a perfect pink perfume IMHO!
Ps: I love the pink pepper note too! :)

So pretty. Reminds me of Bright Crystal except Bright Crystal is a little more sweet-glamorous, whereas I find this one a little bit more peppery at times.

This is a dupe for Burberry Brit sheer and Bright Crystal. Very fresh and girly. Lasts all day.

Love it. The rose isn't granny's bathroom, rather it is clean and fresh. The peach isn't bottom of the barrel, heavy and rotten...rather it is light and sweet. It is green, floral, peppery for zesty interest, clean, soft and fresh. Thank you, Gucci, for getting it right. As usual, you know what's up in fragrance perfection.

This is such a forgettable fragrance. Get the burberry brit sheer scent instead. They are similar but at least the burberry scent has a scent that I can remember LOL.

This s a pretty rose scent, it smells nice but on me it gets a bit sharp, but for spring it would do fine, it has a 70ties edge, not sure why it smells that way to me, probably because it is very floral. But it is feminine, and elegant in a way. Not much wrong with it.

I love this fragrance. It's perfect for spring. Sexy but not super floral. However this fragrance tends to wear off in two hours. If it wasn't for that, this would be my signature Spring/Summer scent.

I tried this recently and grudgingly as I am still annoyed they have discontinued Gucci Envy.

Well I was secretly hoping it might be an Envy flanker with some similarities, but there are no similarities between this and Gucci Envy.

However, it's really lovely in its own way. I got a light floral that turned into a delightful clean laundry/luxury soap sort of scent that lingered for around 3 hours.

I don't think it will ever be a favourite of mine, but I certainly wouldn't turn it down if I got a bottle as a gift.

i actually really like this scent, it's clean and pretty and fresh. but it gives me a headache. (i'm very sensitive) 1 oz bottle for swap. north america only please.

This is definitely my signature scent. My sister bought a bottle for herself and the first time she wore it, I just couldn't stop smelling and wonder what that heavenly smell came from.

The dry down is the very best, is a very light, creamy, sweet woodsy scent.

When you first spary it might come too strong for some people but after you let it air for a acouple of minutes, the smell is just wonderful.

I received tons of compliments from my co-workers the fisrt time I wore it, just a heavenly smell.

Soft, creamy and lovely, reminds shampoo or shower gel. I don't buy it anymore, because get tired of it.

I tested this once years with high hopes ago and it smelled very much like acetone / fingernail polish remover.

I had a small bottle and this was a very floral fascinating scent that was given to me for x-mas...it made me feel good in the deep winter...but I did love that it last long and it was not a cheap fragrance...it was one that I love and need to get again...go for it...

It's a very feminine floral perfume for all ages. More floral than fruity, the peony and pink pepper dominate, but stays pleasant and fresh. On my opinion it's long lasting daytime scent,so I love it:)

Lily of the valley all the way. Why is this targeted at teens? It feels very "mature"and green to my nose.

Cute bottle, but it doesn`t match the scent AT ALL.

Envy me is a nice floral-fruity! I get mostly the peony,the rose,the lichee and the pineapple! The dry down is soft and feminine with the musk and the sandal wood! The peony and the rose stays on throughout the all fragrance! Perfect for day time! Love it!

This is a fruity white musk scent. Lasts around 2 hours then pretty much disappears.

Definately a tamer pinapple and green than found in regular Envy (which is good as they were way too loud for me) but this scent is otherwise pretty generic.

It has no qualities to set it apart. Smells nice, that's about it.

It's pretty cheap so it's got that going for it...

I like this scent but it is not one of my most used. It's a fresh and sweet fragrance and is really soft.

I have two bottles of this perfume but I haven't used them yet. But I got a sample at the store & I can say that it has a sweet floral scent with hints of musk. The bottle is quite lovely. I love the pink bows (?) on the bottles. Very cute. 9/10

Light fruity floral.

I would say that the leading notes in this fragrance are the peony note and the pineapple note.

I don't like this fragrance. Just one of the light pink girlish fragrances, besides the peony note smells not too natural. Not my cup of tea for sure(

I bought this one after asking a shop assisant to pick something that's similar to Burberry Brit Sheer. It's very sweet and real refreshing, the scent of Lychees and Jasmines amazingly got me :)

Though, I like it more than Burberry Brit Sheer, I won't buy it again, because the scent's gone too quick, I never smell its base note scent ie. musk left on my skin.

Somehows,I don't think the name 'Envy Me' suits the scent. I choose to wear it in the mornings for simply days or lazy weekends.

Envy me? oh, please, don't be silly. It's just a plain floral scent and very flat one too. it doesn't have anything special, and at some point the scent is not pleasant at all. it's just like a soap or shampoo, you may like it's floral fragrance, but it's just not something you would buy in a bottle. On my skin, it's boring, flat and dissapears after ten minutes, leaving a very soapy scent.
I love the bottle, though. Wish the scent made same impression!

I've tested this one twice. I think its a sub-standard floral. I detect too much green in there. I realize they might be going for the.natural rather smell or something but it gives me a raging headache. Original envy is better. This one was despicable.

All I am getting is yucky floral, this in no way smells like Brit Sheer no where close.

I get a lot of grapefruit and some other crispy citrus, maybe mandarin. Then a bush of white flowers, mostly peony. Very likable and beautiful, great for office on casual fridays and weekends when chillin`out with your friends and family.

Bought this because of the reviews, and all I got was a very strong floral fume.. all peony i think! instant headache.. Yuk!! Back to the store it went!

Wish it worked on me as well as it does on others! :-(

"Aquatica" said this one is "floral fruity gourmand", and that pretty much sums it up! There is something suggestive of cake, to me, and of course, the presence of fruit, and to a lesser degree: flowers. I like it, mostly perhaps because it reminds me of something from my past I can't quite put my finger on...

Smells really pretty in the summer. But the staying power is terrible.

This is one of my all time fav perfumes,. Those who doesn't like it I must say that not all perfumes that you think is good will work well on you as that depends on your body chemistry, you'll smell the real scent of a perfume if it jives on your body chem so it is really important that you have to test is first before you buy so there will be no regrets. This perfume works well on my body chemistry, this is something really feminine and free spirited perfume, delicate, not strong. I used to wear this at daytime. This is for those who wants to emphasize their femininity. I so love it... They definitely should ENVY me as it works perfectly well on my body.

I would rather consider this as floral fruity gourmand. It starts with floral scents, continues with sweet, fruity and in the drydown smells like caramel to me.

renux2000 , you got the point ! It really smells ( after i use it a lot , and start to get bored of it ) like plastic and alcohol- something too overpowering , it gives me a nausea.

It's a light, beautiful floral fragrance but it doesn't last very long on me. A spring scent during the day.

Although i really enjoy this perfume, it can get a bit boring at times. It definitely does not stick out, it's just your typical floral, sweet, girly smelling perfume, nothing to envy over ;P

I really like this. This to my nose is essentially a rose scent. It's not sweet at all though as the pink packaging etc would suggest. It's got slight resemblance to Chloe for me (the new one with the bow on it hehe) the rose in both these perfumes is that clean crisp rose. Very nice!

The fruits in here are also quite crisp, even though there is peach which normally smells dry, fuzzy and heavy. The other notes in here keep this perfume light and airy.

I feel quite refreshed wearing it which I really like in a perfume. I'd give it a thumbs up!!

Such a refreshing fruity perfume. i love this and have gone through 2 bottles and i never tire of it. Reminds me a bit like dior addict 2. Suitable for day wear i think. Difficult to find now though :)

One of the best fruity florals I've tried. Refreshing but still a little warm. Gucci Envy Me is not sexy as it is marketed to be, but overall a pleasing scent, not to mention quite long lasting considering it is an edt.

nice bottle very pleasant scent. Florant, gentle, lasting power is horrible. on my skin just 2-3 hours. never mind. Its still worth the price. I LOVE IT:) it´s not strong, vulgar scent. I smell white flowers and white body milk. I smell something green as well. But NO citruses- good:) I am wondering how the green version smells:) anyone help me?

Yeap, here’s definitely one from the “pink line” (as I call some of my perfumes) - girly, safe, sometimes even boring. Still – there’s something in it that keeps me coming back. Probably it’s the peonies, because of childhood memories… This perfume is the definition of peony on my skin. But I have to admit – with time our bond grows weaker. Maybe it’s because I evolve, and this is just a plain and uncomplicated scent.

I had a sample. I didn't feel comfortable using it because the fragrance doesn't match my personality. This really may be about envy! Because the fragrance is so mean and acid-like in my perception. I haven't met a similar fragrance on my way, Brit Sheer was different, more cold and pink velvety. All in all the notes are a bit of mess that creates the sweet acid and malicious appear. Envy Me is quite strong, with good sillage. I quickly got tired of it. No, Gucci isn't my favourite brand...

personall I cant help but love this. It's a pink / green perfume, I smell lots of prety pink ..including the pink pepper, but i also smell a fresh dewy,creamy green, the white tea/musk i belive gieves this loads of originality and the woods blend so well, I cant find another perfume that smells like it, maybe with the possiblity of burberry brit sheer, not sure. but regrdless i find this scent very alluring, the dewey greens and the soft poweder with pink pepper and white musk/ white tea... is just so prety, but not overly sweet prety on me, just ever so slightly soapy, cant get enough :)

Smells good. Light, warm, nice and girly. Noticeable but boring. It is as though you have smelled it before. I would buy this one, but not a big bottle. Anddd the bottle is like an unstable tower. You have to be extremely careful not to accidentally push it and broke it.

It's a type of perfume that will lasts me for long and won't repurchase it.

Very beautiful scent, one of my all time favorites. It is fresh and distinctive, and gets me compliments every time. It doesn't seem to last to long on my skin though, so I have to keep a mini bottle in my purse.

Yes, this really reminds me of my favourite scent "Bright Crystal", just like a less sweet version and therefore more for people who like it less sweet. Very elegant and suitable for everyday life.

This reminds me of the 2008'summer,now I don't use to wear it.It's very fruity,I can feel very well the pineapple,the peach,the litchi.The lasting power it's ok,about 6-7 hours.It's pretty nice,perfect for summer but if I wear it too much it makes me sick.

i really like this perfume even though i am not into sweet perfumes but i actually really liked and i will be purchasing it soon !!! so guys its worth a try just go into a store and smell it !!

Smells sweet and floral sharp, a little sickly sweet and to strong. Guess it depends on body chemestry.

LOVE IT!=) Its one of those fragrances that is fresh,soft and so feminine,without being too sweet, fruity nor heavy like most other 'girly/feminine' perfumes are. It makes me feel like a sophisticated and classy young woman whenever I wear it.LOL.it stays for a considerate amount of time and is perfect for everyday casual/office wear.

Packaging is simple yet gorgeous, but I don't think its a smart idea to make a thick glass bottle with skyscraping high stature having such a narrow base. It can easily topple over with the slightest tilt, so ladies u do want to place it somewhere at the back of ur perfume counter for safety.

I think this is more for women who dont like heavy perfumes and actually prefer light/cooling ones, like me. Im guessing most negative reviews here come from those who prefer perfumes with more heaviness,depth and warmth. Thats why they refer it as having a soap/shower smell. I personally cant stand heavy ones like Britney Fantasy ( which many love but i think is the most sickening thing ever).

Overall this is a great perfume, one of the perfumes to top my list and though a tad expensive its pretty worth to buy or at least try. I give it a 9/10. ;)

I love this scent. It is one that I could wear day or night, at work or on my day off. I've been wearing this for a couple of years and have not grown tired of it. The fruity and floral notes blend together and offer a feminine, refreshing scent. I seem to always come back to this after experimenting with new scents.

*** I just picked up a bottle of YSL Baby Doll & can't help but think that these two fragrances are very similar. According to the notes listed on this site, they only share 2 notes but they are very, very similar in my opinion.

the bottle is very disappointing but once i got over that and sniffed it, i snatched one right away, it was very rich & sexy and i returned home happily but... i really don't know why was i that happy when i bought it, the smell from the bottle was exquisite (i didn't try it on my skin when i bought it :S); when i applied it afterwards, it was normal, the good news is that it's not horrible so i can still wear it but now i know it wasn't as exceptional as i thought. on my skin, it's kinda peppery with lots of flowery scents coming through, along with very detectable woody base even before it settles down, the problem is that smell lasts for 5-10 min. then it goes down to a very dry base without any scent whatsoever!! just a base, i found tobacco in the base notes, is that what it smells like?

Its Versace Bright Crystal with better silage and longevity

I thought I would love it, depending on the notes. plus it smelled really good on my friend. but, it decided to turn candy with my skin chemistry:(

Gucci invites us to fall in love again with this scent of incredible permanence and distinction to be a modern EDT (this review is based is for the o.v.). Its composition is a puzzle to assemble in the skin of a woman -not like other fruity floral fragrance is soft, elegant and “lady like”.

At the exit or opening notes is quickly perceived center aroma and gradually merges with the background: in the fusion of notes I think lies the quintessence of femininity of our time.

Personally, I find it relaxing and flattering for the day (something very difficult for me in the fruit essences, so that lovers of vintage perfumes may dare to try it as I did), but must tell that also may at the proper time become a naughty, lustful and exultant fragrance (I know)... Not palling, sickly sweet!

PS: I was really surprised by the “don’t like it” votes and bad reviews, hope you will find this review helpful.

I don't like the bottle.. it's seems cheap and it's not attractive to me.. it smells a lot like incanto heaven by salvatore ferragamo.. anyways it smells pretty =)

While this perfume isn't really an "it" fragrance for me.This smells sophisticated on the bottle.
I haven't bought the perfume yet.So, I've no idea what it smells like on me.
But, I did smell it on my aunt and I have to say,It smells really nice!
It seems like I'll like this perfume whenever I get the chance to purchase it.

I find this perfume smelling like toilet freshners. I don't like it, as it is a bitter fragrance in my opinion. It's boring too but an okay fragrance.

This is one of the few Floral Fruity Fragrances with amazing sillage and lasting-power. It is pretty strong though so try to not over-do it.

The scent itself is fruity, musky and woody.

Don't be alarmed by the amount of Notes, is well balanced, girly and romantic. I will use my bottle up because I do like it, but I don't like it enough to repurchase.

I have a weird relationship with this perfume, sometimes I really like it and dont mind wearing it for weeks but sometimes I just get sick of it and cant imagine spraying it on my skin.
It's a bit on the floral side for my taste I think but it's still a pretty scent but nothing I will repurchase.

I quite liked it from the bottle and on paper and I hoped that it would develop into something even nicer on me but it does not seem to work well with my skin chemistry. When I sprayed it it was not really bad but definitely not what I expected. Than it started to smell quite sweet and fruity but in a very artificial way what I did not like at all. Later this toned down but still no fireworks and in general for me this scent was nearly gone after 3 hours or so (it was not very intense to begin with). A shame because I really wanted to like it. Unfortunately it just does not work on me. I can see though how it could smell absolutely great on the right skin so you might want to give it a try. Maybe you'll have more luck than I did!

Follow up to my review: 36 hours after I washed this off my son (who hated this scent) is still complaining that he can smell it in the bathroom and the hall outside my bedroom. He also says he can smell it on the towel in the laundry room that I dried my hands with. I'm going to modify my sillage comment to "sillage is about the size of Minnesota".

For me this is the blind date your best friend tells you is perfect and then you spend a night staring at each other. This opens with a huge blast of jasmine and then moves into the "fruity" part pretty quickly. Unfortunately the peach-pineapple-pepper trilogy has an unpleasant metallic note on my skin that never goes away; the overall effect is the way a Slushee would smell if it came in "xtreem peech". Three hours in I've yet to find the woods or the peony--it's jasmine and artificial peach all the way. There are enough positive reviews here that I think this is a personal chemistry thing but I would not try this scent unless you adore big jasmine.
Sillage: huge
Longevity: pretty good
Fabulosity: maybe for you
Price-to-value ratio: excellent if you pick it up on sale and like it

This is a floral, sweet feminine scent. The first inital top notes are a bit too pungent for my taste, maybe it's the pepper? But as the scent dries down, it becomes a soft, musky floral. Since the inital top notes are so strong, I spray this on an hour before I go out so it has dried down to the mid and base notes.

This has great lasting power (10+ hours) and the sillage is pretty heavy for a fruity floral, so use a light hand when putting this on.

I weared it on my 2006 summer vacation.
And when i smell this i recall those vacation immediately.
But i couldn't imagine where to wear it except vacations by the sea.
Hot, sensual and feminine.

This is my favorite.. long lasting.. stays on my skin for 12 hrs n more.. im in love with it. I cant help smelling my wrists whenever i wear it.. i cant get enough of this one.. i use it sparingly so that it does not get over.. although i know it is available in India..

In some formal Chinese restaurants, they serve you little finger bowls filled with cold water and fresh flower petals to cleanse your fingers in between courses. Gucci Envy Me called to mind those little conveniences.

Also, I don't get how it can be a scent for 'bold' women, as it was very mild and inoffensive to my nose. I did like it, though. You can't go wrong with the scent of rose petals bobbing in ice cold water.

I agree with XSX, I can detect only the rose. Not bad, but nothing else for me. Rosewater...if you like it. However I like it:).

For a young sensual woman in her 20's that knows what she want's. But not fore me. Even though a very modern scent. I like it and recommend it especially as a present for a young confident girl! More wearable during summer though....

I couldn't say that Envy Me is for the egocentric and bold young woman. It actually reminds me of a romantic walk on a beautiful sunny field. But on the other hand it's pretty strong and a bit too heavy for the romantic moments. It's pleasant but not unique at all. I wouldn't buy it.

When I think of a woman's fragrance, I think of sweetness. Something that engulfs others that are around the woman into her personality and charm. I wear my fragrance to attract others to me. So, naturally, as many women I like sweet, vanilla or gourmand scents. I will preface this review by saying, if you are like me, do not get this scent (unsniffed). I absolutely had a nausea attack after trying this. My first "scrubber" in my life. Upon spraying, all I got was pepper, pepper, and more pepper. No other notes, just sour pepper. The weird thing about this fragrance is, after I scrubbed it off and worked out, it developed into a beautiful pink, lightly peppered musk scent! How weird is that. Unfortunately, I am not willing to scrub, then workout every time I choose to wear a scent, so this one I will pass on.

Envy me was my signature scent in my early teens, so it automatically makes me remember this time.. which is simply over, I really feel this fragrance doesn't particularly suit the present me anymore.

Having said that, I still really like it!
It's light, sparkly, florally, fruity and a little sharp.
Whenever I wore it I found the lasting power and sillage very good.

It is one of the many perfumes I was instantly drawn to but that I don't really like the bottle of, which is kind of amusing. Being slim & edgy it does suit the fragrance very well though.

When taking a really good sniff of it I can smell a certain witty uniqueness in it; but not too much and not to obviously, so that it still seems to me a great teen perfume choice and/or great for everyday when you want to smell very classy, but not blow people away with a strong bold scent.

This was my signature scent when I was at university, and so now whenever I smell it I am transported back in time to some of my happiest days in life. I received lots of compliments back then, but now I would only use it when I feel nostalgic about college days... it's a tad too sweet and girly for me now.

I dont like this at all. smell syntetic, cheap flowery in a bad way.. start like floral fresh and then it drydown with a musky base, so common.. i hate this, and its very strong.....

at first it smells fresh and very flowery, kinda sweet but more of flowery sweet than fruity sweet but then it smells like roses until the very end, no variance at all. plain rose n quite stinky too, the kind of stink u get with roses. but the lasting power is awesome

My parents bought me this awesome perfume a couple of years ago...of course...i've already finished it...but...i think it is a really romantic fragrance...it is perfect for young ladies who want to fell like little fairies in an wonderful rose garden...i really liked it...

I have tested this twice now. The first time I tried it, I liked it heaps but since I tried it with a number of other fruity florals so to do it justice I tested it again.

Today it is sour & not fruity at all! It is actually kind of swampy & vile! The drydown smells like the kind of hard plastic Barbies are made out of. If it didn't come from the same bottle I would be convinced the perfume was degraded.

The opening starts off with a note of
tangy pineapple drying off with juicy peach and mango with an top drying edges
of Pink Pepper and shy Peony. the drydown is made luscious with Deep Ruby Red Pomegrante and sweet Litchi supported by a powdery rose note the Green tea makes it fresh. there is a note of amber missing i do smell also an faint scent of musk but barely notices it. I love the Flacon design

this perfume represents First Love Innocence and purity if you want a perfume to fit these qualities this is the one.

I like this one. I had it twice and it was always bringing me some freshness, femininity, style. It has a long-lasting power on my skin. It is pleasant.

First of all I don`t smell the peony, only the rose, but hey, my nose is not that good!
Then, I am somehow undecided about this perfume. In the beginning it has something cheap, a cheap and strong smell, an ordinary feel, but still... when I wear it I don`t feel that bad and I actually love to sniff my wrists.

now, after some time...I kind of don`t like it

Got this as a christmas gift it's ok but a little too floral for me.I've only wore it twice if that.doesn't really excist me.

i love this perfume, i have alergi skin and very sensetive on strong smells but this one just perfect for me, its sexy,femine and sweet ,.

The top notes are divine and I got very excited when I first sprayed it on my wrist, but unfortunately the drydown smells like Estee Lauder's Pleasures on my skin. What a let down.

its amazing for young gurls, day use, its not over powering, not sophisticated , its simple , shiny , day wearable, cute cent , i just luve it

I think this must work well with my body chemistry. On my clothes it doesn't do much-a watery floral with a little spiciness to it. It dissipates pretty fast on the front of my wrists, but lingers nicely on the backs of my wrists and develops into something pretty peppery and interesting after a few hours. I have a hard time detecting fruitiness in many scents and I also can't pick them out easily in this. I like it!

the beginning of it its lovely, after some time i am finding it bitter, to much bitter- dont know what is it? alo not very long lasting.

This is fresh floral, i think is a very casual, almost daily weareable scent. I received it as a gift, it has a nice bottle. I think its suitable for avery age, but woman who like thick sexy smells, wont like this, i found it light, fresh, floraly and simple.

is a nice sweet scent ....but to sweet and for that price i don't think that it does worth it . is sweet light but not extraordinary

As a big fan of peony, I really like GUCCI ENVY ME. Admitting the fact that it's not extraordinary, though, it always makes me feel confident not to make anyone have a headache and brings about a lot of compliments. To sum up, it's a safe and pleasant fragance.

Like this perfume alot! Very fruity, light and airy. Only downside is you either need to spray it lots and lots to make it last throughout the day, or carry it with you! Lol. If only it lasted all day instead of just 3-4 hours. Still perfect for daytime. Casual.

This is really really nice. Quite complex, develops nicely into a subtle cocktail of fruit and flowers. Delicate drydown, a bit too soapy maybe, but very pleasant. Perfect daywear.

Edit after 12h: suddenly on my skin it turned into a disgusting smell of stuffy clothes! Couldn't wash it off, ugh.

I love it, it suits young women so much, but I need to use lots of sprays to make it last through-out the day.

When i first came across this fragrance (while backpacking throughout northern Europe) i didn't think much of it. Basically i thought it was quite mediocre and not all that special.

After about a year, i smelt it again, and this time decided to buy it because it reminded me of the great time i had during my trip (even though i didn't own/wear it at the time).

I still think it's an OK smell, BUT it's pleasant enough for me to associate it with positive memories and moods. On top of that, whenever i wear it, i receive quite a bit of compliments.

I prefer to wear this throughout the day, because it's too weak (and not unique enough) for evening/special wear. Also the holding power is not that great.

Envy me reminds Sheer Stella a lot and some other fragrances with peonies. The peony scent is very dominant to my nose. I find it feminine and girly. Not original, but quite pleasant and safe.

My dad bought this one for me when I was 15. I absolutely LOVED it back then. However, I don't think it would suit me as well today. This is a very lively sweet fruity perfume.
I think young teenagers would get more of a kick out of it, than young adults.
The bottle is very cute, and the lasting power is amazing.

I smell something-but not very well.
Mostly I smell sharpness-perhaps I smell pink pepper and white musk more than anything else. The green notes here aren't fresh enough for the tartness of the fruit. I'll pass on this one.

Quite boring. Not awful,just plain dull. No personality,nothing that even makes me remeber it after its gone , but sure, it doesnt give headache either.

This is the second time I've tried this scent, and to put it nicely, I really dislike Envy Me.

In my opinion, it doesn't smell like something I'd imagine Gucci producing. It smells quite cheap and sour. It is in no way original and it's something I'd expect to find in a cheap drugstore, not listed under a famous brandname with an expensive price tag.

The strong opening of pineapple, peony, mango and pink pepper put me right off. These notes never seem to blend well, and in general I'm not usually a fan of pineapple in perfumes to start with.

I was hoping that the heart would be much more pleasant and interesting, but unfortunately the pomegranate and green tea took over and faded out a lot of the softer more delicate notes like the jasmine, rose and musk.

During the drydown I began to smell some improvement, however by that stage I'd already decided that Envy Me wasn't my cup of tea.

For people that honestly enjoy fruity scents, this could be for you. If I had to pick fragrances that I found similar to Envy Me I'd say, Paris Hilton and Baby Doll by YSL.

It is a very nice,warm, smooth and floral scent with fruity notes. It feels elegant and romantic to me.I just bought it but it will become one of my favorite perfumes.

this is fresh,fruity and flora, agree with nathalieZ; it is similar to Burberry Brit Sheer... i like both, but compare with outlook( bottle) i will go for Gucci Envy Me. It look modern, sexy!!!

when i smelt it in the store the starting not was really lovely, but this weird note in the background just ruined it! hope they had taken it out.. but o well. no perfumes perfect to everyone i guess =[

If describe in few words it smells like Versace Bright Crystal - only better, no terrifying yuzu. It smells like bright, pink, light and feathery perfume for young women. Likely she likes Louis Vuitton bags, big sunglasses and bleaches her hair blond.

I don't get the name.. Envy Me- under that name should be something extravagant and sassy, not cute, blond and safe. Maybe it's like 'Envy me, I'm wealthy and blond'? Not.. wrong address, not aimed at me then..- For those who loves to dream about beautiful life? Maybe. Enough..

About the composition itself-
I find it very pretty floral with shy fruits, but I do feel fruits. For example- there's clearly present pineapple and peach with mango. Still this perfume is safe and boring- I don't dislike it, but it's completely not fun or interesting for me. I bet that my mum would love it.
After hours there's still a lot of cassia- a currant leaf that indeed smells like leaf! It gives a green touch to composition. Then there's peony with rose, but I don't feel any jasmine. Dry down- I feel tonka bean and woody notes as well. It carries it's green touch as well.
Lasting power is good in my opinion, it doesn't fade away too fast on my skin.
The bottle is pretty- quite minimalistic- transparent with pink pattern design.

Envy Me smells very unique and wonderful to me - I enjoy peony and pink pepper the most, on my skin it's rather floral / spicy - warm, feminine, a very seductive scent. It really is addictive, just a little bit disappointing aspect is the longevity.

I can't believe that there are really all of these notes here!I can't recognize any of them,but totally to me it's not fruity.
at the first sniff,all I get is rose and peony.it's not very fresh,more likely it's warm and floral,even I can call it a floral woody musk perfume.
as the times passes nothing seems to be changed.just the strong rose disappear,while the peony is still there.I can get the tea note too.
I think it's more suitable for +30 women,as it doesn't have the kind of energy and freshness young girls crave for.but it's reserved and calm.I should confess that I agree the member who has said it:"it becomes boring after a while"

My favourite perfume... I just can't get enough of it!!! It's like me, who never want to grow up. I think it's for people who always feel young and are always in center of things. I really love it and guys do too.

A soft scent but doesn't last so much .... it has a very soft sweetnes , pure , not icy -it gives u a calm felling and u can stay at the sea side dreaming and wearing this

I used to love this perfume. The fruity notes are tropical and mix great with the floral and musk. However, now I can't wear it because it smells too sweet to me. Maybe my tastes have changed, but if you like fruity-floral type perfumes you should like this.

The pineapple is very noticeable in the beginning. Then the scent fades to a fruity, light musk scent. It actually reminds me of Exclamation from junior high. Kinda boring to me now though.

i've never smelled incanto heaven but i have bright crystal. n yes, they do smell similar! i love it! looks like i'll have to get incanto heaven soon :)

I agree with the reviewer who said this smelled like nice hair products. It's bright green tea and fruit and doesn't really smell like perfume to me, either. It smells like hairspray and shampoo. Not bad, but not as a perfume.

Last summer I noticed that a waitress smelled like very nice shampoo and wondered what kind she used. She told me it was her Envy Me that I was smelling. I think that says it all. Envy Me smells like nice hair products. I prefer Envy, which actually smells like perfume!

This is one big peony fest. Should have been named "peony me". Even the drydown is dominated by peony-it actually reminds me of the middle phase of SJP's Lovely. Wears very well, good sillage.

I tried Envy Me out off curiousity. I was told by the SA many times that this was the most popular item during Valentine's day and now I can see why. It is not offensive in any way. Lightly sweet faminine scent. The opening surprised me with a truck load of pineapple with some lychee in the background. Wearable but not distinctive as I prefer the big sister, Envy. I might wear this when I want to feel like a younger version of me, or even by a 30ml bottle, just to add a wearable floral-fruity to my collection.

It's smells like pure rose to me! I don't sense fruity or anything else but rose. Just like like grandma's rose oil.

i just smelled this perfume today..it`s nice, but it`s a regular fruity perfume, i expected much more from a Gucci perfume.i don`t say i hate it, i like but it`s not out of the ordinary ones

It is nothing special.Fresh and floral, but without it`s own identity. I can`t wear it because it has the same sour note that I dislike in Miss Dior Cherie, and anyway - there are much more interesting similar scents out there.The very first Envy was a bomb, should have left it at that.

A composition is fruity-floral complemented by fresh and musky notes that works well for me :)
It's light, fresh like air and sweet in a nice ,"white" way !!
I also like the pattern on the bottle :D

You can say what you want but this perfume smells like passion. There is something in this smell, no idea what, one ingredient that starts right from the beginning (a little foreplay, let’s say) and with time intensifies and gets heavier and, oh, so overpowering. Nothing to do with ¨everyday¨. Forget about ¨office¨. This is pure ¨intimate¨ perfume. Just as intimate as two people with no clothes on.

Nothing to envy here, just the most boring juice in a bottle you've already seen before.

It's okay.... Not exaclty what I thought it would be, much more sophisticated and not as much fruity smell as I expected. Will have to try again before I buy.

Although floral, it has some green scent in it. I am not convinced. Forgettable scent. I usually love Gucci perfumes. This one is forgetable.
