Winter Delice is a true single season fragrance. The pine note is dominant to my nose and the whole effect is rather Christmassy and ceremonial and very indoorsy.

This is not a bad thing as the scent evokes gingery foods, wood cut for the fireplace (but no burny smell) and that beautiful pine tree decorated with colored glass ornaments. The artemisia is just an undertone so don't worry that you have a Yatagan here because you don't.

I've worn and loved this one this winter but I just don't think it will work when nature turns up the furnace in the spring and summer. If you crave a pure winter scent Winter Delice is for you. It is suitable for a man or a woman.
