Guess Man Guess for men

Wow, truly this smells like a Bic pencil, eraser and all! I definitely get that vibe but it isn't unappealing say like such fragrances as Gucci Pour Homme I that literally smells like pencil shavings and lead! No, Guess Man is actually quite a nice green/woody fragrance. I'm not sure if I'd say it's sweet but it does have this very light sweet feel to it and the woodyness really balances it out! This is perfect for anyone who is looking for a fragrance that isn't loud but rather bold, unique, and on a tight budget!

Its sillage is subtle, which makes it perfect for class or the office, but it's longevity is very good (6+ hours) and it's perfect for any occasion/setting so I highly recommend trying this one out! I usually try not to overspray on any fragrance but with this one, I tend to since it's such a great scent and I really can't imagine anyone thinking this is cloying or offensive, and so far, the results are positive!

Aromatic,Musky,Appealing,Refreshing,Spirited,Subtle, Energetic and Daytime scent.in fact light-smelling citrus cologne yet substantial,with intense ginger and herbal accords that reveal themselves over the warm base composed of the most sensual modern ingredients that this part is more lovely than opening for me.

GUESS MAN is quite suitable for the active and modern man.My favorite time to wear this scent is on the hottest sweltering days of Summer.totally i wouldn't say this is a original Citrus-Aromatic but it is a nice fresh scent and also a safe choice for Everyday wear.

this cologne is probably one of the most casual colognes that ive ever owneed its very musky and theres lots of tabacco and a bit of citrus and some spices,

As for longevity goes im not to sure how long this lasts on my skin, i have to keep testing,

it projectos okay migh thave to be a bit close,also its very casual and very manly its like a very tabbcaoey (if thats a word) kind of smell with lots of spices and just the right amount of citrus so that its not toooo harsh..

I love GUESS? products and this cologne is no exception. Out of the 3 Guess? Men's fragrances available this is my favorite. I have to spray a little extra on for it to last but its worth it. I always receive compliments when wearing this sent. I highly advise any guy to buy this one.

Really nice one, classy, smooth, expensive smelling, just right amount of sweetness. Maybe just a bit feminine... But somehow I would imagine women would like to smell it on a man. Average longevity and sillage.

My husband wears this one often and I must say, WOW. It works well with his chemistry. A few of his patients even made comments about how great this smells on him. I don't smell the citrus when he wears it, and not really an overpowering spice or musk scent. It blends to a clean, yet totally masculine scent for him.

Nice Cologne, good for casual wear

GUESS Man is quite the cool character, and has much to be discovered besides his superficial beauty and sexy sweetness. I find all the Guess mens scents to be quite interesting and very likeable...

This begins very green and sharp with pungent bergamot and the tart squirt of a granny smith apple, then all of this is charged with ozone to make it airy and a little jazzed up. Quite an enrgetic first impression! As the heart opens and we get to know Mr Guess better. We get the smooth nutmeg, the soft spice of white pepper and sexy ginger. Then the armoise (mugwort-a silvery herb in the artemisia family) adds coolness and lavender towers over all of it with a very clean woody floral scent. As nice inside as he is on the outside! The drydown is very sensual and warm-suede with its smooth, soft skin like scent, spiced amber and peru balsam (a resin found in S.American tree myroxylon: Santos mahogany). He has a gentle strength about him from the egyptian sandalwood, and blue fir gives him a nice green down-to-earth feel. If Guess Man were really a man...you could take him home to Mother or (if you are a guy) be best friends through thick and thin.

This is somewhere between a citrus scent, an aromatic green and an oriental woody-but it's the bright fruits and lovely lavender that get your attention and set the tone of this fragrance. A really nice refreshing scent that is not just like all the others, but somehow feels like one of the guys. Worth seeking out and sporting anytime of the year and to just about any occasion. GM is truly a breath of fresh air and an all-around good guy...

I dont know what to say about Guess Man. Its not a bad scent, but its not the best either. I sprayed some on & really did not get the smell i was hoping for. Yes its fresh & clean just like out of the shower. But there is nothing in it that stands out on my skin to the point I can smell it myself. However I will give it a neutral rating!

Delightful smell was the first thought to this fragance. You can find it very cheap everywhere but the inside stay away from that word.A pleasant mix of herbs,wood, floral and some kind of fruit is there. versatile, manly and finally sexy.. for day or night this go right.

This fragrance gets the most use out of all the others i own. It's such a fresh scent, it is safe to wear, i can't imagine anybody not liking this. Smells awesome after a shower! It is not that strong, so its best if used during the day time in spring and fall, even winter. I would not wear this for the summer, it might be a lil too woody! So, great scent, nice and fresh!

Just purchased my first bottle today. I am glad to have decide it rightfully.
The smell is so fresh and looks like a smooth trace after about 6 hours.

Just bought this today on sale at Ross. Wasn't able to test it, so I was taking my chances, and I'm glad I did! Different than anything else I have, smells great.

light, casual, subtle. smells like soap, and innofensive.

I love the perfume because it have that tangy sweet smell. At the the beginning you can smell sweet tangy style. Then you can smell a leathery scent. For me it's not for those who want to stand out from the crowd but that is what so good about it. People may ask what are you wearing when they got a sniff of this scent on you. Longevity is ok around 4-5 hours.

i love the clean citrus in this one its very electrifying and invigorating compared to SO many other scents

guess really has a nice edge and is probably one of the best frags for casual wear but definately a king in the citrus class IMO

definately give this one a try its a very modern 3d scent one time ull smell the citrus then u will get a wimpse of the spices and woods and the entire scent will blow u away

It is aromatic type but i dont get any citrus note.
It is soapy sweety aromatic and a little powdery.

nice smell i like the citrus in this one its very sharp and invigorating and its got a sporty feel and then it warms up and gets really sexyy on the drydown

Very fresh, very young, very energetic and last very long on me, 5-6 hours. The smell is subtle but noticeable, perfect for a man who like to try something new!

does smell very powdery and yet has a nice citrus smell that slowly turns sweet , lasting power isn't bad got a good 5+ hours .

I got this fragrance at a closing down sale at Gottchalks. It starts out very citrussy and has slight to medium notes of musk. It settles down and yet stays sharp throughout the day. It has a flowery over tone and isn't really masculine.i like the bottle design but looks fancier than it smells. This skates on if not over line of feminine. I'd be willing to swap this with something else. I really like Aqua di Gio by Giorgio Armani.

good fresh citrus but how many do we need like this its kinda followin a played out trend i prefer thallium or world extension or fierce cologne if i want somethin citrusy and fresh

i just tried this one couple days ago..

it smells fresh, musky. when applied, the lavender notes appear at the opening, quite pleasant. about 5-8 minutes after application the spicy notes appear softly blended with lavender note, and in the end it dries down to a musk. I didn't get the apple note at the opening, maybe it's just my nose :-P

low key fragrance, nothing spectacular, smells good but not great :)

It smells sweet, musky and very very spicy, but not at all citrusy. Good lasting power and very well done fragrance. It had it´s time though, two or three years back but it´s one of those fragrances that comes and goes.. Nothing particularly great about it.

I really like this fragrance. I don't smell any citrus. It is sweet, but not too sweet. It has good lasting power and I really recommend it for a fall night out.

This fragrance has become my best scent for casual wear, but it also works in the evening. The fragrance is "balsamic-fresh" and not sweet at all. The top notes contains of citrus, green fruits (think green apple) and lavender. It can sometimes feels a bit strong but it’s still very nice!

Smelled this while walking through Bloomingdales at the mall and smelled fantastic! Smells a big soapy with some citrus. Highly recommended!
