The Fougere Royale presented on this page is the original as created in 1882, which, while fabulous, is no longer available (and if you have a bottle – don’t open it – it’s SO collectible!). they say that the fougere groupe in perfume world was named after Fougere Royal,it would be nice to try it,althoug I am not a big fan of lavender now
