This fragrance was inspired by women from any ethnic group. Poppy was always a legendary flower, simply by appearance yet full of contrasts.
It’s petals and capsule are used in the creation of this fragrance. Petals give a special delicate note, while capsule creates an intensive effect. The rest of the notes complete this alchemy.
It is available as 50 ml EDP and 7,5 ml parfum concentres. Multiflor Line Coquelicot was launched in 2008.

I don’t know what the blue poppy in question smells like, but Coquelicot is a light, pleasant floral fragrance. It starts out sharp, green, and a little herbal-spicy, then mellows into a gorgeous light floral scent in which I can’t identify any specific flower notes that I’m familiar with. It reminds me of multicolored, fluttering wildflower petals, or colorful butterflies flapping around in the breeze. Above all, it’s a sunshiny, happy-smelling scent.
I usually don’t like florals, but coquelicot is so light and carefree and green and fruity and natural-smelling that I can’t help enjoying it. Sillage is moderate, and the scent only lasts about 3 hours or so tops. If you like light, transitory fruity-florals, but are put off by the synthetic-smelling commercial ones that are out there, Coqelicot is a must-try.
