New York Sass Impulse for women

LOVE!!!

Brilliant for a cheap perfume - very apple-y and one of my favourite deodorants for years now. For a couple of pounds, it's not expected to be fantastic. However, it is lovely, fresh and crisp. It lasts nicely on clothing - 12+ hours, not so much on skin, maybe a few hours.

City Collection-New York has a promising refreshing start but the dry down is quite weird. It’s the only Impulse sprays I would urge you don’t judge by the first impression.

In the beginning, it is the most likable/close to commercial fresh sweet floral fruity body spray from the city collection range. It actually reminds me a lot of DKNY’s green apple flanker, but more fruity and less the intensity. It starts really fresh, sparkling apple-y with a hint of mango-y, or any yellow-fruit-y smell. It smells really young and bubbly.

However, the apple and other fruits smell fades fast, leaving this a bit stale sweetness, like a trashed apartment after a big house party. Normally Impulse body sprays tends to be more linear than this. New York actually has a bit perfume-pyramid, pity, the dry down is not that much my thing.
