I like this fragrance a lot, but I don't love it enough for it to be one of my favourites. I got a 100mls bottle for a bargain price on offer at £28 GBP.
I wear this to work sometimes, as its a cheaper alternative to my signature scent, Ralph Lauren Romance.
Its clean and fresh smelling, quite cool, quite aquatic and perhaps a little sharp at first. Its definitely a summer scent. It reminds me of being in a park, its an outdoorsy, fresh cut grass kind of smell, perfect for daytime wear.
Oddly, I get lots of compliments from women when wearing this, but my boyfriend is not keen on it.
This is quite long lasting, and I often can still smell this on my clothes at the end of the day.
Its not one I would rush out to re-purchase, but its pleasant enough to wear until the bottle runs out!

yes i could get the cut grass too...and then it turned into a rotting bouquet of all kinds of flowers! in fact mostly rotting jasmine.
Alas! my search for a fresh yet sexy perfume for the indian swealtering heat continues.

This perfume is ABSOLUTLY the same like the summer edition of 2011! Absolutly the same, the bottle design is the only difference.
But I am very happy, because it is my favorite version - I thought that Summer 2011 is lost forever, but this heavenly scent is still alive!

The more I smell it, the more I like it. Which is pleasantly surprising, because I usually don't like scents this fresh. In the beginning it reminds me of fresh cut grass, afterwards it smells like flowergarden after rain :)

Why does Issey Miyake launch a perfume that is exactly the same as something they had only just launched last year in 2011? The ingredients listed here in the perfume pyramid are exactly the same as L'Eau d'Issey Eau d'Ete. The only difference between the 2 is the bottle.
