Paradox for Men, designed by Christine Nagel and launched in 1999, a year after female Paradox edition, is a chypre fresh perfume for a gentle and sensuous man. It brings refreshment at the top with the notes of mandarin, basil and mango, followed by cedar, cardamom and honey at the heart. The base is wrapped up in powdery – sweet notes of vanilla and sandalwood, along with the sensuousness of musk, amber, oakmoss and vetiver. The glass bottle is marine blue, just like female Paradox is.

I just bought this yesterday. I really dont care for it on my skin but I sprayed it on my shirt and let it sit for a couple hrs and its great! Slightly musky. I would wear this a lot when it gets cooler outside.

Hard to identify the notes as it's all of these mashed together. The most prominent notes are the honey, citrus, and vanilla. Sillage is poor and this stays very close to the skin. Doesn't smell bad, but doesn't smell good either.

It smells very synthetic with strong herbal minty accord at the beginning. Then I get a sharp pineapple that isn't fruity. Yikes! There is a very synthetic honey and it's artificially sweet like a cough drop. It kinda works, it kinda doesn't. Its hard to explain. I mean the overall is tolerable, but I am not gonna wait around to decide whether to keep it or not. I just can't see myself wearing this at all. I return it within 24 hours.

This is terrible. It is probably the synthetic honey note that smells like rotten protein. Not manly, strange and synthetic fragrance. 2/10

i think it is suitable actually for age under 25 :) for me it's a very easy and young fragrance that is not aquatic or sporty. it smells a bit poudery but definately modern. i really like it! not a serious fragrance. i like to wear it for clubs and parties when i want to make nice and cool impression, it makes me feel that i'm young or younger, but not like tommy or such. definately worth a try!
