I dont think this is a perfume for young people..it is rich, classic..Babydoll, which I wore many years ago, is lighter, more youthful, and sweeter..just not the same level of sophistication..

This perfume has not gone wrong at all -it is wonderful. It is the first time that a Patou fragrance opts for the irresistible seductiveness of a fruity accord: pineapple, rasberry, melon - which give the perfume a very rich, complex and fresh note. The middle notes consist of an opulent harmony of rose and lilly of the valley. The incomparable radiance of the scent is prolonged by muted woody notes of sandalwoodand in the dry-down you can smell hints of iris and violet. The perfume adornes you with a silky aura and has a truly wonderful sillage.
As far as the alleged ugliness of the bottle is concerned... I like it! What's so wrong with it?
Indeed, the perfume has not been advertised at all - but so much the better - it is not a perfume you smell on every second woman...

It's a sweet, definetly "Patou" aroma, i wouldn't recommend it for teens, because it has a very classy base, but it's good for those who love heady fruity fragrances.

Sweet, fruity, funny and girly, YSL Babydoll is very close to this (and this is older). This coud have been one of teens and young spirited new favourite, but no.

This is good example of nice, potential perfume gone wrong. One of the ugliest bottle of all time, name that is quite opposite of intresting and missing marketing (I haven't heard this before I did see it on onlineshop). What a shame. And we all know how good things go on Babydoll.
