Live Platinum (for women)

I bought this on a whim, unsniffed. I hadn't tried either Live or Live Luxe so this purchase was purely random.

When I first sprayed it, it reminded me of an Innoxa body cream that I use. Not a repulsive scent, but an odd fragrance. My immediate thoughts were, "I like it, but I don't love it".

However, wearing this fragrance a couple more times, and since looking up the notes, this scent has grown on me.

I don't smell the marzipan in the top notes, but I do smell the grapefruit (which is strong and citrusy at first, but mellows) and the plum. The heart of this fragrance is quite delicate and pretty with the blended notes of rose, orange blossom and heliotrope.

I think the bottle and the overall theme of a snowflake is well suited to this fragrance. The scent is indeed fresh, crisp and wintery. It would also work well as a mood-lifter in sharp and cruel weather due to its sweet and light hints of fruit.

The lasting power probably isn't going to blow you away and the sillage isn't really strong, however I quite like that this fragrance is intimate and soft, it is more pleasant that way.

For people thinking of trying this fragrance, hurry because it's a limited edition and could disappear very soon.

I love this perfume!!

My first thought is mango but i guess it's the marzipan and plum combo.I instantly caught the scent of the strong and sweet notes in it.

I personally like the snowflake trinket.It complements the shape of the bottle.Plus the packaging is really cute.

LIVE PLATINUM is similar to the original Live, but the citrus notes have been played down & mixed with slightly sweet fruits.
I love how the sweet fruit & sharp floral notes have been blended together so the fragrance doesn’t learn either way too far.
LIVE PLATINUM also contains a floral heart. Like Glow, there is a sharp vibe to give the fragrance a fresh, icy jolt of energy.
The gentle base is the same as the original, but the musk, vanilla & amber is slightly more noticeable here. It seems ‘warm’ and comforting to me. Very well done.


I think LIVE PLATINUM has the edge over Live as it is easier to wear. I still really like the energizing & spiciness of the original, but the soft & gentleness of this appeals to me more.
It’s a shame this is a limited edition, I wish I’d bought more bottles while I was in the US.

not at all what I expected, since I wished it to be a nice, warm and a little sweet perfume. Welll, it is somewhat sour and very fresh, I can hardly distinguish any of all ingredients, except lemon, and later on, just a hint of plum. No nice powdery tones, at least on my skin. The first spray is very sour and fresh, very strong, but that doesn't last for very long, then it becomes a bit softer and more bearable, it, kind of, gets a little sweeter by the end, but not much. It has a lot of its sisters from the Live family, but is not as alive and definitely not as sparkly and juicy, it is much calmer and much more serious. Anyway, the bottle is an extremely adorable piece of art, so even if you don't like the scent, you can keep the bottle like something magical-reminds me of those legends, where people used to collect tears in small bottles, well, I would say, they must have looked like this

i love the others of the live line better, this smells a bit like if it was thrown toghether very fast and doesent smell like i expected, i expected a chilling, bright scent like snowflake

Well, I got my bottle yesterday and the scent is really good. The first spray was a little strong and somewhat sour but the drydown is really warm and a little sweet. Very different from live and live luxe and definitely not as sweet. I love the little snowflake around the bottle and just like the others from this line, the way the light brings out the colors from the bottle.

I can't wait to get this one for my collection. I just know it's gonna smell great just like all her other fragrances. The bottle looks so adorable and unique just like the others from this line.

This is a very beautiful perfume. It reminds me of Pleasures from Estee Lauder. I really like it! The bottle is gorgeous too. Great for any collection.
