Because Of You Jordin Sparks for women

I actually like this alot. It is very sweet and yummy; I can smell the vanilla. It's very similar to Can Can as I have that one too. If you like sweetness, like in the line of Pink Sugar, you may like this one too. The value of this perfume is very good. It actually lasts on me quite a while.

i bought this today at Ross but i will be gifting this to my 21 year old sister who will probably make it smell the way it should and not like:

plastic, fruity, baby powder...

the way it dried down on me. i saw that this perfume was compared to Can Can by Paris Hilton, which i havent tested yet AND Magnetism by Escada. i actually bought Because of You because of that comparison that was made in a review here, but i find that Bacause of You and Magnetism are worlds apart. i own a bottle of Magnetism and it is luxurious, complex, and doesnt smell cheap.

my youngest sister always makes perfumes that smell so juvenile on me smell SO GOOD! so off with jordin sparks into her hands. P.S. the bottle looks cheap in the sunlight, but more like the picture in dimmer lighting. just saying ;-) Happy Hunting!

this was a impulse buy for me-I smelled it at Sears, loved it and next thing I knew I was in a checkout line paying for it. After I tried it again at home, I was kind of dissapointed because I realized that it was almost a dead ringer for Escada Magnetism(which I already had)or as another reviewer said, Paris Hilton's Can Can. I think the best way to describe all three fragrances is citrus vanilla with a hint of powder. Its fruity, sweet vanilla goodness. I like all three fragrances but its nothing new or different. Also, out of all three, Jordin Sparks scent has the poorest lasting power of all which I can't stand. It could have been called body spray and noone would know the difference. Nice fragrance but I won't repurchase due to terrible lasting power and the scent itself which is not very unique

I bought this and thought I liked it. However, as I kept using it I'd get an immediate headache. This scent is way too sweet and way too strong. I'd even call it cloying. This scent gives me horrible headaches and is nauseating.

I can really smell the amber in this fragrance. The opening is a bit sweet but evolves into a more floral scent though it's hard for me to pick out the different flowers because the amber is so dominant. I really like that it is woodsy with vanilla (along with the amber). In the bottle it is too strong and sweet but that isn't how it is on my skin. It really lasts on me and works so much better with my skin than I anticipated. I got this with an extreme discount and if I run out I wouldn't mind spending full price because it is so inexpensive but smells so well on me.

A tribute to fans, how nice is THAT? and what a lovely perfume this is. I got this after Christmas and it was very cheap for a large bottle, I had no choice but to grab it, I mean, it's not a deal if ya don't buy it, RIGHT? This is very sweet but has a depth, oh she's a DEEP one...and loud, but not for long. It ends up being a very nice girly fragrance for young and old alike. The bottle is quite pretty. I think the longevity is longer than what one thinks, you just lose the scent on yourself after a short while, so I think it's average. This is a nice one to have if you like sweet scents. There's a smoky note in this that brings this right up to an adult level. I'm sure the younger crowd will go for this more than someone my age, but I'm stickin' to my guns, this is a NICE scent!

This scent is okay. I was expecting a more sweeter scent but its more citrus. I do not really like the combination of vanilla and orange.

Boy, I'm a little sheepishly admitting this, but I liked it. My only complaint is is staying power. It doesn't have a lot of depth, but it was very nice on me. Not too sweet, not too fruity. Granted it may not be the most complex scent out there, but for the price, it's a steal. I don't mind replenishing often on this one. I really enjoyed the initial spray. Not enough left on a drydown to notice it though, hence the frequent re-spraying. Will I buy again, probably not. Will I enjoy using up what I have, most definitely.

It's really boring and generic. I don't see it in Rainbow stores anymore so I'm thinking it might have gotten discontinued

Like others have said this smells like a cheaper version of Can Can.Its nothing special as it smells watered down.But, the lasting power is actually decent.Kudos to her for coming up with an affordable fragrance.I wouldn't recommend it as just smells cheap.Save up and buy Can Can instead.That being said the lotion is wonderful its very rich and moisturizing.

Because Of You smells very generic. I could name about three different perfumes it smells identical to. It basically smells like vanilla with a hint of florals. Nothing special, just your basic, run of the mill perfume.

The upside of Because Of You is it is very inexpensive. You can purchase a rollerball and small lotion at Cato's and Sears for around $5-$8, and the full size bottle is about $20.

If you like vanilla, this fragrance is for you. The lasting power is ok, but I just find it so boring no one really notices it.

I REALLY like this one. It does smell similar to Paris Hilton Can Can and even a bit like Flowerbomb. My fiance thinks its too sweet and hopes that it dries down where he's not blasted with so much cotton candy, but one of my favorite notes in a scent is cotton candy, so I'm in heaven with this. I like this one a lot

The bottle looks similar to Hilary Duff's with love hehehe.. Jusy an observation based on the picture hehe..

This smells good....very fruity! To me it smells like it has a boat load of pineapple in it although I did not see pineapple listed as one of the notes. A tropical drink comes to mind here! It seems like a really good scent for the younger crowd I think. The lasting power on me was only an hour and a half which was kind of a downer.

I really like this one, it kind of reminds me of Paris Hilton Can Can minus the candy sweetness. There are a lot of similarities in the notes if you compare them...Can Can has clementine, orchid, amber, musk and woodsy notes...so does Jordin Sparks. The orange flower and clementine are prominent on my skin in this one. For a fraction of the cost you can get a similar comparison to Can Can....IMO great price and great scent, only downfall is that it doesnt have the best lasting power. But I can't complain too much for the price. Two thumbs up anyway!
