This is my happy, sunny fragrance, my getaway to distant tropical islands. 'Juicy', uplifting, very well balanced tropical scent, not too sweet. Very comforting scent with a natural feel to it: calm, warm and cool at the same time.

Tahitian tiare and sweet almond are quite noticeable to me (more than tuberose or gardenia), giving a nice creamy quality to the scent. This is an easy to wear fragrance, but nevertheless rather sophisticated.

A gentle tuberose scent. Nothing special for me, don't much care for tuberose. But definitely nice for those who love it. :)

This is a good elegant summer fragrance. It has a really nice tropical but classy feel.

It would go perfectly with flowy white trousers and a sophisticated halter. I would also think it could be worn anywhere you can wear a fabulous floppy hat.

The first note I got after applying my sample was gardenia, followed quickly by jasmine. After a bit the amber joins the party. This is well-balanced, scent, with all three notes playing nicely and none screaming for attention.

Isles is strangely slightly cool and warm at the same time. I think that's because of the jasmine and amber being balanced so well.

Isles is perfect for a warm summer night.It makes me think about palm trees swaying gently under a full moon. For a scent with only three notes it's quite impressive!

So no amber? I did start smelling something sweet after a bit. So I think almond and vanilla are right.

I can't wait to try this fragrance. I am somewhat infatuated with the Keiko Mecheri line. I've found so many treasures in KM, I'm sure this is another one to add to my list. Mogador is the most beautiful rose fragrance I've experienced....soft, delicate and uplifting. I'm betting Isles Lointaines celebrates jasmine and gardenia with the same grace.
