The house of L'Occitane en Provence is launching their new fragrance inspired by cherry blossom just in time for Valentine's Day. Name of the perfume is Cerisier Princesse or Cherry Princess and it is available along with a perfumed body care collection.
Cherry Princess will provide us with delicate floral-fruity aromas for spring and inspired by spring. The fragrance contains cherry extract from Luberon, which will depict cherry blossoming in Provence in olfactive way. Besides spring blossoming, this fragrance also contains sensuality and grace of French Princess Hortense de Beauharnais – daughter to Queen Josephine. Inspiration for this fragrance is beauty and porcelain complexion characteristic of Princess Hortense.
Top notes of Cherry Princess offer lemon, grapefruit and sweet cherry notes. The heart gives us spring floral accords, while base notes cuddle with a blend of musk and precious wood.

A light, cheerful fruity fragrance which appears to be very very Escada-esque! In terms of smell, silage, staying power, everything. If you love Escada perfumes, you'll love this. Nothing more to be said!

This fragrance opened with a beautiful yummy realistiv ripe cherry burst. I was encouraged by the initial bright juicy wave, but after about 20 minutes it warmed into a very synthetic and trite little number. After one hour I really wished I hadn't sprayed it on, because it was intermittently putting off cherry flavored cough syrup notes and bothering my allergies. It was like a fresh cherry fragrance sprayed on a plastic doll. My sinuses completely closed up. I told my husband I needed to excuse myself to go scrub this off and he said "Yes, actually I can smell you, it smells very chemically and artificial and it's kind of making me ill." He wouldn't typically volunteer such a candid opinion unless it was actually true.

I am again writing as I felt that I should share my experience after wearing it for 3 days...I love this fresh citriousy frangrance..but unfortunately it does not stick....hardly 1 hr. on me.

I did and it is very fresh...very nice cherry notes in the begining and then it gets lil deeper with lemon. It's kind of yummy frgrance....or something you will wear on a sunny afternoon with a peachy dress.
