Inspired by summer evening in Provance, new collection of lavender offers peaceful ritual and positive feelings.

Certified organic eau de toilette with A.O.C. essential lavender oil from Haute-Provance presents a fragrant picture of summer evening in Provance and evokes starry sky over harvest of purple flowers, while fragrant lavender breeze intoxicates all senses while mixing with fragrant petals of meadow flowers. Fresh and relaxing composition leaves a soft, powdery trail and is appropriate for men and women. Organic Certified Lavender Fragrance is available in amount of 100ml EDT limited edition.

Besides EDT, this line incorporates organic Sweet dreams mist, composed of lavender essential oil and is ideal for calm and peaceful dreams. You can sprinkle this fragrance on your pillow, bed or in bedroom before going to sleep. Sweet Dreams Mist arrives in a 100 ml flacon as a limited edition.

Clean hands gel is another new product from Lavender Collection 2009 by L'Occitane, and it was announced as fragrant companion to activities outside your home. This lavender has a metallic note for me. It does make a nice linen spray, and it is also very useful to spray on things I don't want the dog to chew.

No surprises here: L'Occitane ORGANIC CERTIFIED LAVENDER FRAGRANCE smells *exactly* like the box of organic lavender flowers that I bought for culinary purposes. No more, no less. My 100ml bottle was half price, so it cost a small fraction of a bottle of Penhaligon LAVANDULA or Guerlain LAVANDE VELOURS, both of which are better, more complex perfumes with vastly superior longevity.

At this price, however, L'Occitane has delivered on its rather modest promise: a light, organic lavender fragrance!

I love lavender scent after the bath, before bed - puts in a relaxed mood, however lavender is perfect note in summery perfumes too, imo.
This fragrance is pure lavender-cool, lil powdery, grassy, lil woody, does feel organic, natural.
I'm thinking to purchase this in summer, for the hottest months, it's so naturally refreshing and uplifting.
However one must be a lavender lover to appreaciate this fragrance.

This is a very nice, clean, fresh lavender. Simple and straightforward, not alot of complexity to it. The description says this is a powdery lavender, but I get firm woods at the base - cedar? This would make a very good linen spray. As Noelia said, not synthetic, very natural, like lavender water. Not too much strength, fabulous for a hot summer day.
