Bergamot Tea was presented in April 2009, as a citrusy-aromatic fragrance by the house of L'Occitane. Ingredients of this fragrance include Calabrian bergamot along with fruity notes of mandarin and grapefruit, which contributes to characteristic light nuances. A hint of cardamom with a woody-spicy accord of black tea frames a complete experience with contrasting aromas. The perfume is available as 100ml edt, 20ml edt, solid perfume 10g, 250ml bath, 250ml milky body mist, 75ml hand cream and 100 g.pot-pourri.
Simply gorgeous, but sadly with one of the worst lasting powers I've ever seen. It smells like freshly brewed Earl Grey tea, cooled down and icy, sweetened just a little. Wonderful for summer. Very similar to Bergamote from The Different Company, only lighter.
It's very natural smelling, uplifting and surely unisex. A keeper for me, as I always loved this note. And yes, this is almost a single note cologne. Too bad it doesn't come in edp...
But I've been after a bergamote scent for a long long time now, and now I finally found it, I must say that if you like the scent of tea, this one is 100% sure to please. Wonderful!
the scent is fine inteally but fade out by the time

If it weren't for the cardamom, this would be just a nice clean and fresh perfume. The cardamom however, is a real "take off" for it. I think it's one of the best perfumes of the citrus aromatic group.
Besides, it is very soft, so I view it as a feminine perfume, even though I could change my mind, if I experienced it on a man.
A very good Summer choice.. and one more great perfume that is discontinued.
Bright citrus on spray, combining with uplifting Earl Grey (bergamot) with the smooth black tea note being rather subtle but full and present with a hint of natural sweetness.
Cardamom gives Thé Bergamote a warm, refined anchor that makes this seemingly hug the skin rather than evaporate too quickly.
Refreshingly appeasing to the senses. A great one for the coming warmer months.
Tea in intensely dominant at the opening and then citrus will has been added to the blend after a while.
It presents from A to Z with same smell.
The scent is so friendly, peaceful, kind, relax, teenage, outdoor, clean and calm.
But it hasn’t got ant dominant characteristic. It’s a bit near to Kenzo Power cologne.

This is delicious. It is the PERFECT match for my skin. The Bergamot, oh, the grapefruit! Spicy Cardamom and delicious mandarins. All being loving embraced by those heady black tea leaves. The only reason it isn't my "signature" scent is because I want to preserve the bottle I have as long as it takes me to find something I love just as much.
This is a stronger, spicy version of Elizabeth Arden's gree tea. Find this cool and sexy!
the bergamote is to me the smell of earl grey in a bottle!
not that sharp iced citrussy lemon tea, but more warm deep earl grey. rounded bergamot with smell of heavy black teas.
sheer and light.
Its absoltely refreshing! Pretty but not sexy, not warm, not sweet. Refreshing but not cold or aquatic.
Hot summer staple!!
I agree that this is a fantastic summer scent. I purchased it in the form of the Body Milk Mist and keep it in the fridge for a refreshing spritz on a hot day. It is fantastic for a wilted city girl such as I.
I am addicted to Bergamot tea. So i found it a brilliant idea to wear it on and have the same refreshing effect of tea on me. Well I was expecting something more refreshing, more black tea and more bergamot. Cardamom dissappointed me. If it is cardamom inside, should have been named as Masala tea not Bergamote. Still not bad but not so satisfactory for Earlgrey lovers who are dreaming about smelling the same.
I've always wanted to find a good bergamot tea scent, and this is it. Fresh but spicy, just like a wonderful tea.
If this was just a little bit stronger, would be a perfect scent for summer, but beautiful top notes disappear within a few minutes. Fresh, distant, and yet well known smell from my childhood ... probably should have all products from the Bergamot Tea line for full olfactive experience. It's a wonderful fresh aroma.
Great unisex scent. Light, refreshing. Perfect for hot summer days.
