Grigioperla by La Perla is a Oriental Fougere fragrance for men. Grigioperla was launched in 1991. Top notes are rosemary, coriander, lavender, basil, anise and bergamot; middle notes are carnation, clary sage and geranium; base notes are leather, sandalwood, tonka bean, amber, musk, oakmoss and cedar.

A beautiful oriental, sort of rescembles Italian aftershave in a good way. Not a powerhouse, as one could have thought, but quite potent at the beginning with coriander, anise and rosemary, but settles after some hour to a wonderful more subtle scent. Very, very nice.
Do try it if you can find it, it has really surprised me how timeless and classic this is.

Superb stuff. A great everyday office scent. The Basil and Anise are instantly detectable and then a wonderful clean, soapy drydown. Good sillage and longevity - a very nice masculine scent.

A really great man's scent! - Mainly "one noted" but it has a fresh, oriental, spicy, unique smell. It is similar to Drakaar Noir but this one is a bit sweeter and subtler. It lasts a long time too. This is one of the best men's orientals out there in my opinion

A wonderful scent. Very wearable and affordable. Smells like an aftershave so it's VERY manly and it has that mysterious romantic italian quality to it. Think of a cross between lauder for men and drakkar noir (if you can!)
