Envol by Lancome was launched in 1957 as a floral green fragrance that “caress like a wing”. The composition is signed by Armand Petitjean (some sources state Jean Hervelin). It is available as a perfume and as Eau de Toilette.

At first goes intensive bouquet of flowers. Then jasmine with citrus notes take it all. Fruity notes are really light almost unnoticable. Perfume composition ends up on skin with intensive oakmoss and woody notes. Sillage is enormous filling the room indeed. Extremely long lasting even if you wash your clothes. P.S. this is my mama's review, she recalled this smell after 30 years!! She helped me to create pyramid of this smell to show how it really smelled like. She still wishes to get one bottle for herself.

Well, XSX, that explains it!! Well, I love Ted Lapidus Envol, so the Lancome will be super too then I think!
