Les Parfums de Rosine presents the new fragrance Glam Rose, build around notes of Bourbon rose and violet note. The fragrance exudes both glamour and Rock n' Roll spirit. It opens with red fruit, ambretta and cassis. The heart mixes roses (litchi rose, Damask rose and China rose), violet and Sambac jasmine. Cedar, rapsberry, musk and suede are in the base. It was developed by Benoist Lapouza and Delphine Lebeau following the idea of Marie-Helene Rogeon. It is available as 50 and 100 ml EDP. Glam Rose was launched in 2011. Glam Rose was created by Benoit Lapouza and Delphine Lebeau-Krowiak.

Really pretty sweetie like Violet note and I mean like those old fashioned sweets from years ago and berries with a soft light suede note.

Nice for summer glad it's light and not too heavy this would just start to jarre a little otherwise.

I'm glad I had a 2 ml tester as when I first smelt it I thought wow but after wearing for a couple of days I'm taking it off its too high pitched for me I keep wanting to turn the volume down like when you hear an annoying pop song that you love at first then when you hear it over and over you start to hate it!!

This one is interesting. To me, it seems old fashioned - violets, roses, berries, suede - yet at the moment, this is a very popular and fashionable combination, hence the Rosine's marketing of it as glamorous, rock'n roll etc. If Estee Lauder brought out exactly the same fragrance, most people would be screaming about old lady face powder. etc.
