This fragrance is exciting and infatuating, reminding of a sleepless night. A delightful combination of fruit ( pink grapefruit, fresh bergamot and Italian orange) mix with the vitalizing spicy notes of star anise, elixir of absinth, clove, sage and the finest cashmere wood. Accords of Haitian vetiver and tonka bean create a seductive sensual feeling in the base, empowered by white musk and amber. The perfumer is Mark Buxton.
The bottle’s design is minimalistic, with the use of the finest French glass, decorated with three elegant black black bands, the spaces between which are inlaid with platinum. The wooden stopper is oversized and it can also be seated under the bottle to create an unusual visual effect. The package is luxurious with a mystical black gloss and 2 platinum-colored bands that replicate the design of the flacon. It was designed by Rainer Diersche.
The fragrance is available as 100 ml Eau de Parfum. It is made in France.

I find Linari NOTTE BIANCA to be quite a woody fragrance and more masculine than unisex. It reminds me of lots of cedar-heavy and cedarish colognes. Could it be iso-E-super? Whatever is responsible for the dominant cedary quality, it is much more pronounced than any of the other purported components. By the end, NOTTE BIANCA stays quite close to the skin and falls below the threshold of detection after a couple of hours.
I am assuming that "white night" in Italian means what it means in French: "blanche nuit" = all nighter. This fragrance will not keep you up all night, I feel compelled to observe.
A disappointing case of style over substance. This smells like a paper thin version of Esencia by Loewe. While Esencia lasts and projects beyond 8 hours, Notte Bianca fades into nothing after 2 hours.
Nice looking bottle though...
Part Hisotire De Parfums 1725, part Cacharel Pour Homme, part the woody/ambery drydown experienced in way too many fragrances of the past 20 years. All the parts are mixed together and brutally toned down to give birth to a weak and short-lived woody composition of little interest. Notte Bianca is not bad per se, smells actually pretty fine but if you consider it's from Mark Buxton and sells for 200 bucks it becomes unacceptable.

Wonderfull scent ... but NO LONGEVITY ... max 15 min !!!!! So, very "EXPENSIVE" !!! :0(
Having tried a few of them now, I think the Linari scents are complex and slow-burners. And that's a good thing! With so many linear perfumes on the market nowadays, it's always a pleasant surprise to find a real shape-shifter that manages to delight from start to finish.
Notte Bianca went on very fruity and sweet for me, and did not make a notable first impression. Nice, but rather ho-hum.
I went about my business and sniffed my arm about an hour later. Wow! It was now a completely different scent that smelled nothing like the fruity top notes. It was now a complex mix of greens and spices (oh! the clove!) It's still slightly sweet at this point but lasts a long time, eventually drying down to a dry woods aroma.
Definitely unisex, incredibly complex, great sillage and longevity, and all of that being said, it's still not my favorite of the line, but it's pretty darn amazing!
