**UPDATE**
At first I thought I was just imagining it, but I can smell grapes whenever I spray this on. It goes away after a while....but I just thought it was weird since it's not one of the notes. =P

Wait several seconds before you sniff this one, or else the initial sniff will burn your nose like no other.

When it settles, I get a very pretty fragrant powdery-soap-like aroma, that makes me feel like I just stepped out of a relaxing shower/bath. The top notes seem well-balanced on me. Nothing smells overly strong. The rose is not dusty, but fresh & dewy. The apple is subtle and adds just a tiny bit of juicy sweetness. The bergamot balances its other top note buddies---never becoming too tart or sparkly. Then somewhere down the line, I smell something very similar to Tempore Donna....which makes me very happy indeed. TD's top notes smell like a combination of grapefruit & roses, while it's bottom notes allow the chocolate smell to waft in every so often. But here...I actually get a soft mixture of the top & base notes from TD---so something not too fresh but not exactly gourmand either. I don't get any plum, and the jasmine doesn't really show itself too much (which is fine by me!). The cedar note appears within 30 minutes on my skin, but it's not overbearing at all. It seems to be in perfect harmony with the rose and apple & shy jasmine. It's a pretty combo. In my opinion, it's a just-out-of-the-shower-fresh fragrance that never becomes too "soapy". I consider this a very natural, feminine-smelling scent. It could be worn everyday, in the office, at home, and probably even for every season.

Inspire wears close to the skin (on me at least) and lasted for about 2 hours, which is horrible. I'll try spraying it on my clothes next time, to see how long it lasts THAT way.

As much as I enjoy her line of fragrances, I must say that I do not enjoy this one at all. Its the apple! I am full aware that I can not wear anything with apple in it, and although it is a top note, with my chemistry, this note dominates all 3 and leaves me smelling like an stale tart fruit basket care of the plum and cedar along with the apple.
