I have a bottle of this that I bought in St. Malo during a Christmas trip to Brittany in 2011. I'm not really loving it and would like to trade it for something. PM me if interested.
Oh my gosh. Atao goes on interestingly, a floral-green with some kind of oomph – it’s not leather – what is it? This develops into something warm, masculine, and utterly addicting. It’s very natural, refined and yet powerful in a Celtic kind of way, like a fragrance Arthur might have worn.
After several wearings, it lasts long enough to radiate its citrusy-aromatic strength even at ten hours. Although it diminishes in projection throughout the day, higher body temperature brings it back at its original volume. I didn't think that possible, but somehow, it works like that. Five dabs is the maximum you need to apply.
I cannot praise this fragrance highly enough. Atao is primal, evocative of elder times, and masculine in a thoroughly natural, powerful, and self-assured (not arrogant) way.
I am in olfactory love.
I just got this one for Christmas...its like a bowl of Trix cereal in a very strange way.
My olfacotry is picking out those synthetic sweet fruit notes and making my brain think im smelling a long ago eaten bowl of trix cereal.
Oddly, i kept trying to place where i recognized this frag and then theother day i splashed on some 4711 and voila...this 4711 extreme...very nice indeed.
This also has a cigarette smoke note that dissipates quickly but is shortly present in the middle of evolution.
