This is a sweet fragrance - it's also got a lot more longevity than I had expected. Phoenix starts out with a little brightness from the blossoms and quickly dries down to a warm, vanilla-tinged scent with notable sillage on my skin. By the day after, the vanilla quieted down and the fruity note came to the foreground.
I tend toward more complex and green scents in my daily wear but this is really nice for casual, breezy days or a lighthearted outing. I'd highly recommend it for a younger person or for young-at-heart wearing. Sensual and feminine vanilla without very little powder.
