Blossom of bitter orange tree and symbol of purity, neroli flower, was discovered by Maître Parfumeur et Gantier in the South of Italy.Jardin du Néroli, a part of the L'Invitation au Voyage collection, contains the soft and exhilarating scent of this rare flower warmed by the Mediterranean Sun.
It is available in 100 and 200 ml bottles, as well as 500 ml refills. Jardin du Néroli was launched in 2003. The nose behind this fragrance is Jean-Paul Millet Lage.

This is a nice attempt to present all the aspects of the neroli flower at once - the citrusy bite, the elusive spiciness, the subdued bitterness, and the unmistakable nectar of the flower's heart... Real neroli flower under the microscope. And yet, the result is not particularly refreshing, as citrusy fragrances tend to be, but rather relaxing and foreboding at the same time, like a sunny windless afternoon with just a hint of haze - the calm before a storm. But the storm never comes, and the flower transforms within a couple of hours into a mildly mediciny but not entirely unpleasant after-taste. All in all, this is an entertaining enough but unremarkable fragrance with the short lasting power typical of MPG creations.
