Italian brand known for designing luggage and accessories, presented their new fragrance named Scarlet Rain. It was created in cooperation with Idesa Perfumes, Spanish company and perfumer Guillaume Flavigny .
Scarlet Rain consists of the notes of red orange and red currant in the top, introducing a floral bouquet of unusual and rare red orchid flower, which smells very intensively when mixed with rose and cyclamen in the heart.
Red orchid is a new ingredient introduced by Givaudan's perfumers exclusively. The base of the perfume includes the notes of amber, musk and benzoin from Sumatra.
The perfume is available in a red glass bottle with a red top of the same colour, while the neck of the bottle is decorated with a silver ring.
The box is decorated with colours of a luxurious fabric.
The perfume Scarlet Rain is available as 30, 50 and 100 ml EDT. Scarlet Rain was launched in 2008.

Labai geras kvapas. Pradzioje tas stiprus kvapas laikosi trumpai, bet po to visa diena su siluma issiskiria toks labai saldus, sakyciau kvapas panasus i meliono, toks siltas, malonus nosiai.
very swwet
Not a masterpiece, obviously, but in my opinion a rather cute scent that I wouldn't mind wearing probably at night, and yes it's sweet but you can bear that kind of sweetness while there are people that really cant stand a gourmand kind. So if you want to sweeten up a bit I think this is a more natural choice than other kind of teenagers overly sweet perfumes that make many people sick.
I stood at TJ Maxx and droid'ed these reviews before buying this scent. I agree with Mistress Eva completely. I bought it anyway, tried it on in the car and returned it. It is way too sweet and frankly boring. A vanilla based fruity floral of the most banal variety. That being said, it's inoffensive and wearable. It will work for many people and will upset no one. If what you want is sweet, simple and innocent, this is your thing. If you want something with a little more statement or attitude, this is not.
I bought this one from TJ Maxx and immediately returned it. It was boring, sickly sweet, and smelled like it should have a Disney fairy on the bottle or something. It's the kind of crap you could sell to little girls not adults.
I scored this today at TJ Maxx for a song and was quite happy. It was a blind buy. I absolutely adore the heavy, red, glass bottle. Gorgeous. The fragrance is still giving me something to think about. I'm undecided about this one. It has notes in it that I am crazy for-the rose, benzoin, cyclamen. Unfortunately, I don't really smell anything but a synthetic, fruity-floral...there is almost something resembling that "nail polish" smell that is turning me off...and then, the scent sort of disappears...and I think I am possibly getting a whisper of fresh musk. I will hold on to this one for a while and am tending to agree with Jillzilla--this may come into its own during warmer months. For now, there are others giving me more love.
Frankly, my opinion is that this fragrance is not nearly sweet enough. If there were more benzoin, it might begin to effectively balance the bitter cyclamen note, which is present throughout the entire fragrance.
It feels like a "fresh" warm weather fragrance to me. The red currant in the top notes gives a brief impression of fruitiness. In the heart, I could detect mostly rose and cyclamen. Much to my dismay, I detected no orchid note. The benzoin really doesn't emerge for a long while, at which point the fragrance starts to move toward a gourmand feeling in the base. Longevity was approximately 2 - 3 hours.
Hopefully the heat will bring out more of the sweetness.
WARM WEATHER UPDATE: I must say this fragrance improved dramatically in the heat! The berries were more pronounced, the orchid was there in the heart, and the cyclamen took a backseat to the benzoin, which emerged much earlier this time around, giving the fragrance an almost-gourmand feel. I find it very easy to wear now. It's not a sophisticated scent, but it's also no longer a disappointment. For hot weather only!
Sweet (should be Fruity) Oriental Floral with soft musk to tame the sweets.
So this is what rare red orchid flower smells like.
Benzoin is like a dollop of whipped cream on this sweet confection of a fragrance. Love it. Guess I have a sweet tooth.
Im agree with both of you. Is too much sweet and i dont find any floral scent, only fruity.
I thing that is indicated for very young girls...
I liked the top notes very much, they had some freshness to them. The drydown, however, was overly sweet. I could feel some fruit but also an annoying sweet gum-like scent with it.
Too sweet for me. This is sweet, sweet, sweet and fruits. Not interesting.
