Domain by Mary Kay is a Aromatic fragrance for men. Domain was launched in 2000. The nose behind this fragrance is Thierry Wasser. The fragrance features lavender and oakmoss.
Call it the way you want, bergamot or rhubarb: there are literally thousands of fragrances with the same topnote accord, sold under every conceivable brand, price tag and store... it seems during the early 1990's a chemist created an aromachemical that has been a hit since and used in zillions of scents: Creed's Himalaya, Chanel Allure, Rabanne's XS, Ralph Lauren's Safari, Burberry Men, Brooks Brothers for Men, Ô de Lancôme pour Homme, Davidoff's Champion, Montblanc's Legacy, Lauder's Intuition for men and even Moschino Forever share the same opening and / or mid notes. In the case of those in Argentina and the region, add to these Cannon's Alliance, Kevin Black and Kevin Spirit.
I guess this molecule must have a brand name like Bergamotol or Rhubarbex. Whatever, Domain shares more than a family air with the ones before mentioned in an eau de cologne strength. Nice, but nothing outstanding or worth writing home about it; conservative under a style proper of the 1990's, it might as well be this decade's version of the 1970's aromatic fougere a la Brut, Canoe, Wild Country, Hai Karate and even YSL's 2000 rendition of this "old school / barbershop" template, Rive Gauche.
Conservative, low profile, subtle, nice, common, though.
My husband only owns two colognes, of of which is this. I bought off a girl at my work many years ago that was selling Mary Kay stuff, at the time I was kind of annoyed and felt pressured to by, but glad I did. This is the one he wears whenever we go places, and I love the way it smells. This bottle will last him forever, it's still almost full!
I got this fragrance a few years ago, and still have it. To be honest, I'm not sure if I love it or hate it STILL. I mean, I guess it smells pretty nice, but maybe it's just not me. Domain definitely smells like a 25+ cologne, and one that would be worn probably on a Fall/Winter or Spring day. I like it, don't love it.
This is a very underrated cologne. A very pleasant smelling scent that is hard to explain. It almost smells like a warm spring day where the last of the snow has melted. Perfect for summer. Personally, this is my good luck scent when i go to Las Vegas. It has been very good to me. Try it, i think you will like it.
can some help me by telling the place where i can buy it in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain or UAE or even in Pakistan.
My husband has been wearing this since 2001 when we got together...this is his smell...I luv it. It is the only thing he wears. It is a very comforting smell... He is a cop and worx a lot of night shifts... His pillow smells just like him.... GOOD JOB MARY KAY!!!!! This is the best smelling cologne I have ever smelled!
hi wanted to know where i can fine the domain perfume in nairobi kenya.
Like them all
I rec's a small sample of this and it was nice. Very light and airy way to it. I would like more deeper spicier scents on a man, but I love Lavender, my all time fave is Caron Pour Homme.
Put it this way, this would not be one I would buy for my man, but wouldn't be a bad starter for a guy who is just getting into scents...
