I truthfully could not stomach this. If you have ever smelled Jovan Musk, Jovan White Musk and Alyssa Ashley Musk, then you wouldn't need to smell this one because it's like they merged together and Mazzolari Musk was the result of that union. it opens with a slightly spicy soapiness (No mistaking the aldehydes evident here.) and a bit of greenery. It soon turns into a white floral musk with a slight sweetness while the detergent like note dominates. Not until 40 minutes later does the soapiness let up. Nothing differentiates this from the mass market retail fragrances mentioned above. In retrospect, if you bought the 2 Jovans, Alyssa Ashley and layered them, you'd probably save a bit of money rather than buying Mazzolari Musk.
