After last year's fragrant pair XX by Mexx - XX Nice and XX Wild, another two editions arrive this year, Very Nice and Very Wild. The new fragrant concept is presented by top model Mandy Bork, who made video clip and advertising posters for XX by Mexx campaign.

Flacons of the new editions have the same form as last year’s XX Nice and XX Wild, but are coloured in pale violet - Mexx XX Very Nice and purple - Mexx XX Very Wild.

Game of contrasts, emotions and energy of every woman is described with various compositions: sensual and calm or enthusiastic and euphoric. Mexx XX Very Nice represents a gentle young lady, her freshness and tranquility. Top notes incorporate luminous bergamot, black currant and melon. A heart hides apricot and pear zest surrounded with petals of peony and lily of the valley, touched with gourmand cinnamon spicy tact. Base notes leave seductive trail of cedar, sandalwood and musk. XX Very Nice was launched in 2009.

I have been given a sample in as shop (otherwise wouldn't test it)
So I doused my arm with a splash from the vial and it opened up quite nicely syntetic, plasticy, and also artificial, but it was quite pleasant, it reminded me of other perfumes (drugstore range) that I smelled and wanted when I was something like 13, but couldn't afford at that time. The drydown went completelly in a diffrent direction, sharp and very unpleasant or maybe it's my skin chemistry?..
There are really plenty of perfume that are in this cheap range but more interesting and are not that cheap smelling.

it's awful and gross; someone gave it to me as a gift, or should i say punishment? it's so synthetic and repulsing

So far I found any Mexx scent extremely plastic and artificial - typically drugstore like. Even if it's cheap there is no reason to buy it.
