I too have been on an exhausting and fruitless search to purchase this fabulous scent. It seems like a very serious marketing error for both Fairmont Hotels and Miller Harris, for it not to be available to the public. I stayed at the Savoy in London and this fragrance brings back that lovely experience everytime I smell it. Now I am rationing the miniature hotel bottles....ridiculous!

Okay, this indescribable fragrance sent me on a relentless chase to find this product. I recently stayed at The Fairmont Hotel in Copley Plaza Boston, where I experienced my first amazing taste of "Cologne 1888." Sadly, I found that it is not possible to purchase this unique item. We only have access to it by staying in suites at The Fairmont Hotels!!! Ugh. Why in the world would the genius perfumers at Miller Harris give us a teaser of this addicting scent, only to say that we cannot buy it anywhere?! What a horrible trick! The shampoo is unlike anything I have ever used. The heavenly scent lingers on the hair to enjoy through the entire day. For those who love vintage clothing, ambiance and niceties, you will love stepping back in time with Cologne 1888. (However, you'll have to stay at a Fairmont Hotel to find it.)
