Les Orientaux: Vanille Marine Molinard for women and men

What a wonderful vanilla scent! The best way to describe it is fresh aquatic vanilla. A wonderful combination of vanilla, caramel and white flowers. I think it's the lily of the valley and juniper that add some freshness to it. Just like other Molinards, very natural smelling and clear scent. Lovely!

Hmmm...I'm actually wearing Molinard VENTS ET MAREES, but it's not in the database, so I'll store this review here pour le moment, since my skimpy .7ml sample is about to evaporate away...

VENTS ET MAREES is basically a Victoria's Secret clone, although I suspect that the order of explanation may be reversed. In any event, this is another friendly fruity floral featuring grapefruit this time, instead of red berries.

I'm trying to rack my brain to recall which Victoria's Secret this smells so much like. It could be one of the Very Sexy frags, or perhaps SUPERMODEL? Hmmm... Either way, nothing to write home about. Pleasant and light.

I should add that the alcohol wafting off the top of some of these Molinards makes me think of BBW body sprays, so perhaps these are quite a bit lighter than your average edt, and the dilution may help to explain the bargain basement price: 30euros for 100ml??? This would definitely be a much better composition reduced to half that volume with the same amount of essences.
