Suggestion Eau Cuivree by Montana is a floral fragrance for women. Suggestion Eau Cuivree was launched in 2004. The nose behind this fragrance is Gerard Anthony. Top notes are orange, pineapple, plum, green notes, peach and bergamot; middle notes are carnation, tuberose, orange blossom, orchid, jasmine, ylang-ylang and rose; base notes are sandalwood, amber, musk, benzoin, vanilla and cedar.

Cuivree is the warmest of the Montana Suggestion line despite the green citrus opening. LIke the rest of this trio I think of Cuivree as a beaux-arts, Art Nouveau modern floral. Quite a contradiction, no? The citrus opening and the cedar in the base keeps it modern while the floral bouquet is a complicated womanly affair. Orchids, jasmine and roses make it slightly formal and the carnations, ylang and orange blossoms provide the sensual warmth in the heart notes.

If I had to choose a metal to go along with this one it would indeed be copper. Not the bright, Martha Stewart kitchenware copper but a patinated burnished metal An art Nouveau vase with repoussee flowers fruits and leaves impressed into the metal. Ornate but accessible and touchable,complex and lush like the Suggestion line.
