Initially this smells like the hot lemon freshen up towels you get on planes or in Indian restaurants after your meal - chemical lemon smell. Not necessarily unpleasant but luckily it changes quickly.
It dries down and gets some depth and smoothness. I don't get all the notes listed above. It is very light, fresh and subtle but with some hints of spice and cedar.
I like it. Not really a fragrance to wear out,no real projection. It's not going to get noticed unless someone is really, really close. More for yourself to feel fresh and clean.
Would be great in the daytime on a hot holiday. It lasts for a relatively short time (2-3 hours on me)but it's cheap and gentle so you can just reapply as often as you like.
I agree with the reviews below. And it is definitely unisex.

An ice cool cologne that i use everytime before bedtime to cool and calm down. Will use more during hot weather of the cool peppermint.

yup - definitely unisex :) At least as long as you don't expect syrup or flowers. This is an aromatic in the best sense!
Like it's pre-decessor it's inexpensive, unisex, unpretentious. And like delphine67 stated - it works against migraine, refreshes mind and body and the addition "Ice" is spot on.
My bottle will be used up soon and I will soon buy a new one!

wonderfull and refreshing on a hot summer day. Even to use on a headaque or you feel nauseus. It works for me.
and in my opinion its not a men cologne but a unisex
