i just ordered a large bottle on ebay---a whiff from the bottle smelled mildewed and "off" it seemed strange at the initial moment i sprayed it on but mellowed within 20 seconds into what i remembered. very 90s nostalgic scent. i wouldn't wear it often but something about it makes me feel warm and cozy.

I just bought a rollie of this at Marsh cuz I remember really liking it and it was SPOILED! SO bummed! I need to find a freah bottle. I don't even know if they still make this but I'm hoping. It was delicious the last time I smelled it! Mmmmmmmmmm! : )

Smells like a smooth and silky body lotion. This perfume is very soft floral. I like it a lot, very easy going and would be great for the office as well as for romantic date. Very likeable!

Green apples (not listed) proceeded by a lime spritz and musky amber. It changed on me throughout the day, predominately lime and amber. It's a conservative fragrance, fabulous for spring/summer and in the office. If it had a little more zing, it would be gorgeous, however, it is lovely and clean smelling.

Soft, gentle, and discreet are words that spring to mind upon smelling it.
It certainly lives in a universe of Pink with a capital P.
The bottle is in harmony with the perfume it contains, both due to its roundness, and because it's as cute as a button.
Rose is the predominant note. A rose perfectly suited to summertime, as it offers both lightness and freshness.
It's not a complex, neither demanding, nor particularly interesting fragrance for that matter, but it would make a nice little gift for a young woman, or an older one who hasn't quite grown up.

Oh, how I adore this!

I'm usually not one for fruity/florals as I find they usually lack a depth that I like in my fragrances. This, however, is a creamy dream come true. It is soo smooth and has substance!

The peach actually lingers on my skin all through the dry down and is anchored with sandalwood and violets. So intoxicating!

And such a hidden gem, too. I got a set of EDP, lotion, and purse perfume for $9 at TJMaxx!

this is a true plaisure to wear nice & sweet plaisant smell & positive feeling is emerging of this scent keep smelling it all day great delicate scent not to strong fruity floral just the perfect power

at first i didn't like the smell but as it dryed down i went back to the store bought it!
not baby smell just girly sweet smell i like it! for nice occasion or when ever you want to get positive attraction :)

Another nice floral fruity fragrance but this one is on the heavier side. From a guy's point of view, it's rich and sweet with a bit creamy in feel. Sandalwood is great here as it anchors everything down while lime helps refreshen up the scent when it starts to feel too heavy. Again, it's a nice floral fruity that is quite heavy and rich. If you are in the market for a lighter kind, perhaps keep looking.

When I smell it in the bottle I love it, it's a very pretty floral, but as soon as it's on my skin it's a different story. I am constantly noticing it, and not in a good way, it almost makes me feel a little ill. I have come to the sad realization that this is one scent I cannot wear.

this is a very feminine floral and you can defintely smell the fruits. its also long lasting which surprised me. its very warm and humid today and this is working very well with the weather. i like it a lot and i'm enjoying wearing it. the bottle is another plus, very cute and girly.

I am smelling soap. Something like the Irish springs or zest. Anyone else?

Smelled this for the 1st time yesterday- very nice, a creamy floral without being pretentious. No hits you in the face like a frying pan at 1st, it sort of lingers like other Nanette Lapore fragrances- good for the office or family gatherings, I may very well go back & get this one. The only problem with NP scents is that they dont last very long on my skin

A pretty baby doll scent. Imagine ruffles and pastels and pretty little things...its just a pretty scent and it will make you feel pretty and sweet, like a porcelain doll with long curly lashes. Pretty in a sexy way. I like it a lot..in moderation and with a light hand. This lasts a long time on skin and clothes, and the silage is just amazing! The modern days "Loves babysoft" (it does NOT smell like babysoft lol, just saying) Perfect for a first time perfume for a young girl, or when you just want to feel like a babydoll.

This is a very well made pretty floral perfume! I'm not big on lots of flowers,but its smooth! and its at a great price ( under $20@ marshall's or Tjmaxx) and a must have! But beware of her other perfumes,they dont stand up to this one!

I have low tolerance for sweet floral-fruity perfumes but this Nanette Lepore perfume is just amazingly well made that I fell in love with it the instant i smelled it! Unquestionably the ONLY sweet, floral fruity perfume that I truly love. Its so soft and innocent and it has a creamy feeling to it. It is sweet but not cloying at all, it is very soft. Plus its one of a kind, I've never smelt anything quite like it. Whenever I smell it, I feel like I'm a little girl again =) yes the scent is that innocent! And I think the bottle represents this perfume perfectly! Its a great first perfume for young girls.

This is similar to Lulu Guiness, but smoother. J'adore is superior, but its in the same family. Very feminine, floral, cheerful. Unless it just doesn't gel with your personal chemistry, I don't see how anyone wouldn't like this. I recomend!

I think Nanette Lepore is one of the best perfumes i have ever owned, it is so beautiful such a fresh fruity floral scent i dont get what someone said about it drying down to an oriental i dont get that on my skin and i dont get all the rose and violet everyone speaks about for me it is all about the cranberry this is my favorite scent of all time its fresh and makes me feel really pretty when i wear it, this is my go to spring and summer perfume i love it so much i even wear it in the winter.. It is a must have in my collection at all times !!!!!

Makes me think of Lola, just not as "life of the party." Only cranberry opposed to raspberry. Peach opposed to pear. Lime opposed to grapefruit with the addition of another citrus. More strict florals as well. No complaints.

Just bought this perfume for Xmas - unsniffed have to admit - but didn't disappoint me at all. Yes it reminds me of Jadore, too - which is also great!!! Romantic and sweet in a unique way, but easy to wear and lasts for ever!!! Nice packaging too!!!

Lovely bottle and lovely fragrance. It's a great light fragrance for an adult and also a great "first" fragrance for a teen. It's a soft floral with a hint of fruit. The drydown is like vanilla sandalwood. Beautiful!

Well, color me surprised and tickled pink! I broke my rule and bought this unsniffed. I found it at a deep discount that was too cheap to miss after noticing some Fragrantica friends with impeccable taste gave it a thumbs up.

Nanette Lepore is a remarkably grown-up floral fruity, with emphasis on the floral notes. It appears to contain a veritable fruit basket if you look at the notes listed here, but this fragrance is not really sweet. Notice the absence of vanilla, honey, cream, frosting, etc. The fruits are unadorned by sweetener and quickly yield to beautiful rose and jasmine notes.

But wait a bit! Sniff your wrist about 4 hours later and whoa! It's now a deep oriental amber/sandalwood blend. What a complete turn-around from the top and heart notes in the early stages of the scent!

The EDP concentration lasts a good six hours or so, with strong sillage throughout. Nicely done and much more complex than I was expecting from this bargain in a girly little pink package.

I feel happy when I wear it!I keep this perfume for special days... when you want to smell sweet, cute and sexy just put it on and you feel that way.It is a winner to me.

I think as this settles it's exactly like Bora Bora Exotic, meaning I LOVE this scent! I think this is "old fashion". I know some of you don't care for this description but it is! It's exactly as some say, a fairy would smell, very feminine, it's a very prim and proper scent, refined enough for a princess. There IS a royal wedding to come soon I hear!? This is top of my list lovely! I simply love violet, always have. If you don't care for violet, I warn ya, step away and just admire the pretty little girl bottle! oh this is just fairytale dreamy.

If bright pink as a color had a scent to match, this would be it. The rose note was strong for me, but was sweetened by the berries. Like summertime in an English garden, perhaps? Rather than sexy or sensual this scent is playful and coy to me.

I have been wearing this all weekend, and I just love it. It's lovely and sweet, but without vanilla or chocolate. I get sugary violets and creamy roses, but before they get too cloying, lime shows up to hold it all together. I feel so girly and pretty wearing this...it's not really a "sexy" scent, but it makes me happy when I catch a whiff of it. Staying power is excellent. A couple of sprays in the morning lasted until well into evening, especially on my clothes.

I hope it smells as good on me as I think it does, but I just know that *I* like it, and I'll be wearing it often.

(My 15-year-old son thinks it smells like I just got out of the shower. So on his "shampoo vs. cat pee" smell-O-meter, it's on the shampoo side, for what it's worth.)

I just bought this because the packaging was cute, I didn't even smell it, for $5 at Winners and I can't believe how AMAZING this smells! I always try on perfumes first, but I'm glad I actually bought it without trying because it's my favorite fragrance I have ever bought! It smells like raspberries and cream on me for some reason!

hmmm i've never smelled anything like this :-o its amazing,sexy,fresh and sweet in a good way! its a little little bit similair to Laura Ashley's Magic Garden but i like Nanette way more! the price is also suprisingly nice

Nanette Lepore what a lovely floral, sweet and can get a tad heavy. This would be a lovely floral for fall or winter. It does not have a sugary sweetness to it. The sweetness comes from the peaches mostly. It is very rich for such a light hearted fragrance. I am quite fond of it but find that it can give me a headache if I wear it on the wrong day. It has a similar character to Ghost by Ghost but it is a bit more powerful.
From what I saw on the Nanette Lepore website was that the Black Bottle seen here is the same fragrance as the Pink Bottle. The only difference being it was concentrated version only sold in a smaller size.
This is a well made perfume I enjoy it dearly, I do have to be careful which days i wear it in order to not get a headache but on the right days it is perfect! Almost what i could imagine what a fairy would smell like.

I love the new perfume she has done (Nanette). This smelt good but I just can't seem to enjoy, although some guy on the bus smelt it and started up with high school reminiscences.He kept thinking it was roses,but I couldn't find them anywhere in it.
It doesn't last on me at all. It too, is going the way of a few others that don't live up to their p.r. Nice bottle, but....

At first sniff this lovely seems like glaceed fruit, as if it might be a sweet treat that's quickly gone, but then the roses embrace the fruit and carry the fragrance to a rather "baby doll" or kittenish kind of sexiness.

I sprayed, enjoyed and thought this might not be a keeper but about an hour later I noticed my skin radiating the most gorgeous sandalwood/amber cloud with bouquets of violets! Ah, violets. Violets always make me smile. Here they're warmed by amber and sandalwood and made a bit powdery with what remains of roses from the topnotes. I don't know how this happens and am happy to think it must be magic.

Rarely has a fragrance surprised me the way this lovely one has done. From opening to drydown it's as if two entirely different fragrances have taken turns dancing on my skin, to the delight of my nose. Very long-lasting in the drydown stage and oh my! does it ever get compliments! I love it!

I found the pink bottle 3.4 oz gift set at marshalls for $14.99 it has the 3.4 oz spray,2.6 oz lotion and 6.8 oz shower gel! I bought 2 sets.I should have bought them all.I really like this scent it is so soft and floral with a candy sweetness to it and it lasts.Perfect perfume and I read on wilkipedia that Nanette Lepore is from my hometown! YAY! Yo go girl!!!! My hometown is small and gets a bad rep.I am so glad we got a designer coming out of there!But now I am on the East coast but still representing!

It reminds me of Jadore very very much,buch a lil bit lighter.I smell all the fruits and little violet and rose

This fragrance reminds me of Kylie Minogue Darling (the original). I wear it once in a while but it's not my favorite. There is something in both fragrances that's similar and very unusual. I wish I liked this better because the bottle is adorable. I have never seen the black bottle anywhere, only the pink.

It reminds me very much of Yves Saint Laurent Babydoll, but without the bergamot/grapefruit note.
I find this fragrance very fresh and seductive, like taking a walk in a spring garden, full of rose bushes, jasmine,lillies and berries.
One of the nicest fragrances I have smelled lately.

I'm desperately trying to figure out what this reminds me of. It's almost identical to a perfume I've smelled before, but can't remember it! Anyway, this is a very nice fragrance, and although it reminds me of something else, I find it very unique and pretty. I can definitely smell lime and jasmine, some cranberry and amber. Oh and I just remembered - the dry down after 10 minutes reminds me of Narciso Rodriguez for her, but not as feminine. This is a great perfume, perfect for the fall, even in winter. Not too sure about hot weather, though. I like this very much.
