Essence in Color Narciso Rodriguez for women

This is a beautiful fragrance and I would love to have other products to layer it on. The company's lack of disclosure and website prevents me from knowing or disclosing what is different about this from Essence. The Essence eau de Musc is the worse thing I ever tried -- on me, it had a foul odor. As for this limited edition which is now out of production, it is most unfortunate that the product is flawed in some critical way, for it fades away, taking your hard-earned cash with it. Having grown up as an Estee Lauder girl, this woman knows what to expect from fragrance products in terms of staying power. Sadly, I must return the coveted second-to-last of this beautiful purple bottle. Perhaps the company could stop altering the two main fragrances (For Her and Essence) and learn how to make this lovely, complex, and sophisticated fragrance last.

I find the icy-ness of this fragrance very appealing. My nose interprets the musk/iris/rose combination similarly as it does aldehydes and it feels so uplifting to inhale! Soapy and cold in a way, like crisp air. It lasted forever on my skin! Two sprays in the evening on my wrist lasted well into the next day.

I look forward to trying this in warm weather, because I think it will be even better then. At that point I will be able to tell how different it is from the original Essence, because it felt quite similar to me!

What I got from this scent is a luxurious premium floral theme that starts fluffy and sharp in a same time. It's so overwhelming in opening and goes to matured young feminine mood, yet so sexy and so elegant.
But the only part that i didn't like is a soapy sweetness undertone. But fairly just this soapy odor is the matter; makes this scent youthful not only much better than the red mate, but also so much better than many floral perfumes. Comparing to the red one, this is so sexier and dolly but the quality is not so unique and also for the scent, specially the gourmand start up.
Not a best seller for Narciso Rodriguez but the bottle earns the income as well!
