I ordered merchandise from this "exclusive" company... I was charged double for shipping. NO RETURN CALL when I saw that my order confirmation was wrong. THEY DO NOT SHIP AS PROMISED it has taken THREE WEEKS TO GETSOMETHING THAT WAS TO BE SHIPPED NEXT DAY. I was still charged for express shipping THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT THE RETURN ON THE ITEM THEY SHIPPED WHICH WAS NOT THE ITEM ORDERED. I GUESS THATS HOW SHE GETS RID OF OVERSTOCK> NEVER SHOP WITH HER!
